Toro (hamstring) could begin running the bases at some point before the end of the week, MLB.com reports.

Advice: The infielder is still expected to be sidelined through the All-Star break, but this report represents the first bit of encouraging news regarding Toro's recovery. Toro is dealing with a Grade 1 hamstring strain, so he'll likely need to eventually prove himself in at least a couple of rehab games before being deemed ready for activation. Advice: The rookie made an instant impact in his first big-league action since May 22, plating Lawrence Butler and Zack Gelof with his sixth-inning two-bagger to extend the Athletics' lead to 6-1. Harris finished the first big-league stint of his career earlier this season in an 0-for-14 funk that included a massive 43.8 percent strikeout rate, so his ability to break the ice at the plate on his first night back was a particularly welcome sight. Advice: Donovan had just six hitless games in June -- two of which were at the start of the month and two more at the end. Royce Lewis will undergo an MRI on Wednesday after being removed from Tuesday’s game with left groin tightness.

Advice: Lewis expressed concern to reporters afterwards that he’ll wind up back on the injured list since the Twins don’t want to take any chances with his long-term health. “I have no idea. But probably not very optimistic, to be honest with you,” said Lewis. “I’m praying, but it’s usually always horrible news. So we’ll see.” All fantasy managers can do now is wait and hope for the best. There should be an official update on his status prior to Wednesday’s game. Josh Rojas went 2-for-2 with a pair of singles on Tuesday night as the Mariners were shut out by the Orioles.

Advice: Rojas became the Mariners’ first baserunner in the game as he smacked a two-out single to center off of Grayson Rodriguez in the third inning. The 30-year-old infielder also led off the sixth inning with a single but was ultimately stranded at third base. Those two hits would wind up being the Mariners’ only hits in the ballgame.
