    Advice: Bichette will skip a rehab assignment and rejoin the floundering Blue Jays following a minimum 10-day stay on the IL. He'll bat leadoff Tuesday against the Red Sox.     Advice: As expected, Bichette is ready to go after missing the minimum amount of time while dealing with his calf strain.     Advice: Bichette's placement on the IL earlier this month with a right calf strain seemed to be precautionary more than anything else and he's slated for a minimum absence.   • Ha-Seong Kim goes deep in victory over Brewers
    Ha-Seong Kim crushed his 10th home run of the season as the Padres triumphed over the Brewers on Saturday evening in San Diego.

    Advice: Kim tagged rookie right-hander Carlos Rodriguez for his two-out, 374-foot (97.5 mph EV) solo shot in the fourth inning — extending the Padres’ advantage to 4-0. Kim also singled and rode home on Kyle Higashioka’s two-run blast in the seventh inning, finishing the night 2-for-3.     Tovar went 3-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's loss to Washington.

    Advice: Tovar was stuck in a small 1-for-18 slump over his previous five games before Friday's strong performance. He put the Rockies on the board with a solo shot in the third inning, giving him 12 homers this year and four in his last 13 contests.   • Ezequiel Tovar homers, collects three hits in loss
    Ezequiel Tovar homered while going 3-for-5 in a loss Friday to the Nationals.

    Advice: The Rockies were able to pick up three homers off DJ Herz, and Tovar hit a solo shot off Herz in the third for his 12th homer of the year. The 22-year-old shortstop has put together a very strong first half of 2024 in his second full season with a .280 average, 799 OPS and 36 RBI.
