      Advice: The Reds busted out in a big way in Colorado, setting new season highs in hits and runs. Stephenson's teammates did most of the damage before the catcher finished the rout with a two-run homer in the ninth inning. It was his sixth home run of the season and first in 13 games.       Advice: Arizona manager Torey Lovullo tweaked the lineup against a left-handed starter, dropping Corbin Carroll to eighth and moving Moreno up the order. The manager told Alex Weiner of Arizona Sports that Carroll is expected to slide down the order against lefties beyond Monday's game. For the season, he's batting .269 with a .691 OPS, three home runs, three doubles, 16 RBI and 15 runs scored over 150 plate appearances. While there hasn't been a lot of power in his bat, Herrera has hit well enough to maintain the starting job over Pedro Pages while Willson Contreras (forearm) remains out.       Advice: Rogers had half of Detroit's hits and provided all of the team's offense in the narrow win. The catcher is now up to four home runs across 38 games this season, and this was his first multi-homer effort. He has some work to do to match the career-high 21 long balls he recorded in 2023, though as he displayed Monday, he can rack up home runs quickly when he's dialed in at the plate.
