    Hernandez was optioned to Triple-A Sugar Land on Sunday, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

    Advice: No corresponding move was announced, but the Astros are expected to have a fresh arm in the clubhouse soon to replace Hernandez in the bullpen. Hernandez worked 3.2 innings in relief of Spencer Arrighetti on Saturday, allowing just one run on three hits while striking out five. He should get another big-league opportunity before long.     DeJong went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's win over the Diamondbacks.

    Advice: DeJong put the White Sox ahead with a leadoff home run in the top of the fourth and added a single in the following frame, giving him his second straight multi-hit game. The shortstop is now up to 14 home runs on the campaign, with six of them coming this month and four coming over his last eight games.     Advice: The rookie was able to reach safely for the fourth consecutive game despite not getting a hit for the first time in that span, and he parlayed his one trip on the basepaths into his first career big-league steal. Locklear is still having trouble making consistent contact as he acclimates to major-league arms -- he's struck out at a massive 40.0 percent clip in his first 25 plate appearances -- but his impressive body of work at the plate over multiple levels of the minors suggests he has the ability to progressively turn things around in that department.     Sosa went 3-for-5 in Saturday's win over Arizona with a double and a three-run home run.

    Advice: Sosa singled in his third trip to the plate and was later thrown out at home on a fielder's choice play. However, he would come right back with a two-out, three-run home run in the following inning to increase the White Sox's lead to five runs while also adding a double in the ninth. It marked the third baseman's first three-hit performance of the season and his fifth multi-hit effort this month, where he's now batting .333 with two homers and seven RBI.
