    • Moving rehab to Triple-A
      Kwan (hamstring) will have his rehab assignment transferred to Triple-A Columbus beginning Tuesday, Mandy Bell of MLB.com reports.

      Advice: Kwan went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run and a walk over two games with High-A Lake County over the weekend. The outfielder is expected to play six-to-eight innings in left field Tuesday. He continues to play second base after the Padres’ trade for Luis Arraez. Cronenworth’s average is up to .271 and his OPS is up to .806, both of which would be career-highs.       According to Guardians manager Stephen Vogt, Steven Kwan will start in left field for Triple-A Columbus on Tuesday.

      Advice: Vogt said the plan is for Kwan to play 6-8 innings in the field. If Kwan were to do that and come out feeling good, he might only need one or two more starts before the Guardians feel good about activating him from the IL.       Advice: McMahon popped his 10th home run of the season in the first inning, and half of those long balls have come in his last 10 starts. In that span, he's scored 10 runs and driven in 11 while hitting .268.       Ryan McMahon went 1-for-3 with a walk and a two-run home run in a win over the Phillies on Sunday.

      Advice: McMahon is having one of the least-talked-about strong seasons of any player in baseball. The 29-year-old is slashing .294/.377/.500 with 10 home runs and 32 RBI on the year.       Seager went 2-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Twins.

      Advice: Seager had just two homers through the end of April, but his power swing has returned in a big way. The shortstop has clubbed six homers over his last six games and is now at 11 long balls on the year. He's also gone 13-for-37 (.351) during a 10-game hitting streak.       Advice: Harper hit an RBI single in the first inning and added a three-run homer in the ninth that gave the Phillies all the offense they needed in the win. He's hit safely in 10 of his last 12 games, going 16-for-46 (.348) with four homers and 12 RBI in that span.
