    The Red Sox are expected to reinstate Gonzalez (wrist) from the 10-day injured list Wednesday, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

    Advice: Gonzalez has been on the injured list since April 13 due to a left wrist sprain, and he's gone 4-for-11 with three RBI since beginning a rehab assignment at Triple-A Worcester on Friday.     Ibanez went 4-for-4 with two home runs, a double, four total RBI and four total runs scored in Tuesday's 11-7 win over the Guardians.

    Advice: Ibanez led off the game with a solo homer off Logan Allen before breaking a 2-2 tie with a three-run shot in the second inning. It's the second multi-homer game of Ibanez's career, though he hadn't logged an extra-base hit through his first 13 games this season.   • Stott has two hits, steal in win
    Bryson Stott went 2-for-4 with a stolen base in a win over the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

    Advice: Stott picked up two single to up his triple slash to .245/.339/.377 on the year and also swiped his eighth stolen base. Stott has moved around between second base and shortstop since Trea Turner went down with a hamstring injury, and it’s hard to imagine Stott getting many days off over the next six weeks while Turner is out. The power hasn’t been there this year, but the steals are valuable and Stott should get the opportunity to pick up important counting stats while hitting in a good lineup.     Isaac Paredes went 3-for-4 with a solo homer on Tuesday, leading the Rays to a 5-1 victory over the White Sox.

    Advice: Paredes ripped an absolute moonshot to left field in the sixth inning off Chicago reliever Brad Keller for his eighth round-tripper of the season. It was the first time he’s gone deep since April 28. The 25-year-old pull-happy slugger has been a four-category fantasy monster this season with a .299 batting average through 34 contests.     Andy Ibáñez erupted for four hits, two home runs and four RBI in win over the Guardians on Tuesday.



    Advice: Ibanez was on base five times as he went 4-for-4 with two home runs, a double and a walk. He’s a part-time player who sees most of his at-bats against left-handed pitching, but that could change with the rest of the Tigers offense floundering.     Marlins transferred INF Xavier Edwards to the 60-day injured list.

    The Marlins transferred Edwards (foot) to the 60-day injured list Tuesday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

    Advice: Edwards' move to the 60-day IL will make him ineligible to return until May 27, though it remains unclear whether or not he'll be able to play by then.
