      Advice: With Royce Lewis getting Sunday's game off following his recent return from the injured list, the Twins were able to open up a prominent spot in the lineup for Santana, who occupied the leadoff spot after hitting higher than fifth in the order on just one other occasion this season. Santana had a quiet afternoon until he delivered a two-run double as part of the Twins' seven-run outburst in the top of the 10th to salt away the win. The 38-year-old is slashing .294/.385/.529 over his last 10 games, and after he looked to have moved into more of a part-time role toward the end of May following an underwhelming start to the season, he now appears to be pushing the struggling Alex Kirilloff for primary duties at first base.     • Likely to rejoin lineup Tuesday
      Red Sox manager Alex Cora suggested Sunday that he expects Devers (knee) to be back in the lineup for Tuesday's series opener versus the Phillies, MLB.com reports. "He's OK," Cora said of Devers prior to Sunday's 6-4 extra-inning over the White Sox. "Hopefully one day [off], [then Monday's team off day] and be ready for Tuesday. If he feels like he's banged up, giving him a day will benefit him."

      Advice: Devers was lifted in the eighth inning of Saturday's 6-1 loss to Chicago after Cora said that the the third baseman's left knee was bothering him when he was getting ready to swing in the batter's box. Though Devers likely could have played Sunday if necessary, the Red Sox might have chosen to err on the side of caution and hold him out of the lineup after he had previously dealt with a bone bruise in the same knee in April that cost him five starts. After getting Sunday and Monday off, Devers should be ready to go for the three-game series with the Phillies, but fantasy managers may still want to confirm that he's starting Tuesday before locking him into lineups.       Advice: Jansen had made just one appearance since May 26, and the Red Sox made use of his fresh arm Sunday, bringing him in for the eighth and ninth innings with Boston trailing by one. The closer went more than one inning for the first time this season and set a career high in strikeouts, surpassing three Ks for the first time since 2017.       Alvarez (thumb) resumed his rehab assignment Sunday with High-A Brooklyn, starting at catcher while going 0-for-5 in a 7-6 loss to Aberdeen.

      Advice: After going 3-for-14 with a home run and three walks across the first five games of his rehab assignment, Alvarez had been out of the Brooklyn lineup for each of the previous three days while tending to a family matter in his native Venezuela. He rejoined Brooklyn for its final game of the week, and though he came up empty at the plate, getting additional at-bats under his belt is the more pressing concern for Alvarez as he looks to prove he's made a full recovery from the left thumb surgery he underwent in late April. If the Mets are comfortable with Alvarez's health coming out of Sunday's contest, he could be activated from the 10-day injured list for the start of the big club's series with the Marlins that begins Tuesday. He continues to hit in the middle of the Twins’ order and remains a viable middle infield option; although, he is really just a 20 home run hitter at this stage in his career with no speed, which caps his fantasy ceiling.       Advice: It’s Happ’s 10th multi-RBI game of the year, which is kind of interesting because he has only 30 RBI total. Just four times in 61 games this year has he driven in a lone run.
