    • Hitting streak reaches 19
Volpe went 1-for-3 with a walk, a steal and a run scored in Sunday's loss to the Padres.

Advice: Volpe extended his hitting streak to 19 games with a single in the sixth inning. He would then steal second and come around to score off a Juan Soto double to open up the scoring and force Joe Musgrove out of the game. His hit streak is the longest by a Yankee since Derek Jeter in 2012. Volpe is currently tied for sixth in the American League with 61 hits and tied for fifth with 11 steals. The 23-year-old has been thriving in the leadoff spot for the majority of the season and is now slashing .282/.355/.435 with 18 extra-base hits, 23 RBI, 36 runs and a 22:52 BB:K in 244 plate appearances. • Carlos Correa with two hits in loss
Carlos Correa went 2-for-4 with a double, RBI, and run scored on Sunday against the Rangers.

Advice: Don’t look now, but Correa is quietly putting together a strong season. He’s hitting .279 with an .833 OPS, good for about 40% better than league average, with the batted ball quality to match. He’s also running the highest BB% of his career and once again looks like a solid run producer in the middle of the Twins’ lineup. Rotoworld Sunday, 2:30 pm

    • Carlos Correa goes 2-for-4 against Rangers in win
Carlos Correa went 2-for-4 with a double against the Rangers in Friday’s win.

Advice: Correa’s single checked in at 113.9 mph, making it his hardest-hit ball of the season by three mph. The double was pretty good, too; it was hit 390 feet and would have been a homer in 16 parks, according to Statcast. Correa is at .276/.366/.466 in 134 plate appearances this season. It’s not thrilling, but it is very good in a year in which offense is down. Rotoworld Friday, 10:05 pm

    • Reaches double-digit steals
Volpe went 2-for-5 with a double, a run and a stolen base against the Mariners in Thursday's 5-0 victory.

Advice: Volpe led off the seventh inning with a double, stole third base and subsequently scored on a Juan Soto single. It was the 10th theft in 12 tries for Volpe, who has now reached double-digit steals in each of his first two MLB campaigns. The shortstop is on pace to exceed last year's numbers in most categories except power -- he has six homers through 51 contests after going deep 21 times in 159 games last season -- and his .278/.349/.429 slash line highlights his substantial growth at the plate. • Launches fourth home run
Correa went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Nationals.

Advice: Correa extended Minnesota's lead to 2-0 with two outs in the sixth inning with a solo shot off Jake Irvin, his fourth of the year and second in three days. The 29-year-old Correa has a hit in five straight games, going 5-for-17 with a 1.133 OPS in that span. He's now slashing .268/.362/.455 on the season with 13 RBI and 18 runs scored through 130 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Thursday, 7:40 am

    • Carlos Correa blasts homer in loss to Nationals
Carlos Correa clubbed a two-run homer on Monday in the Twins’ blowout loss to the Nationals.

Advice: Correa walloped a two-run shot off Nationals starter Mitchell Parker in the sixth inning, but it did little to alter the outcome of Monday’s series opener. It was just his third round-tripper of the season. The 29-year-old shortstop is batting .267/.361/.419 with 16 runs scored, three homers and 12 RBI in 122 plate appearances. Rotoworld Monday, 6:47 pm
