    • Picks up win No. 2
Pfaadt (2-3) got the win over the Dodgers on Tuesday, allowing three runs (two earned) on four hits and a walk while striking out seven over six innings.

Advice: Pfaadt picked up a win for the first time since his season-opening start against the Rockies on March 31. His first run allowed was unearned off a throwing error by Gabriel Moreno and then the Dodgers finally got to him in the sixth for a pair. Pfaadt only gave up one barreled ball on the evening and now has five straight quality starts and seven or more strikeouts three times. The 25-year-old now owns a 4.05 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 58:11 K:BB in 60 innings and lines up to face the Rangers on the road next week. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 6:16 am

    • Brandon Pfaadt picks up big win over Dodgers
Brandon Pfaadt yielded three runs — two earned — over six innings and struck out seven in a victory over the Dodgers on Tuesday.

Advice: Pfaadt, who has had some hard luck with the Diamondbacks struggling to put runs on the board, won for the first time since his season-opening start against the Rockies on March 31. This is his sixth quality start, which doesn’t count that initial win; he allowed one run over five innings in that one. Rotoworld Tuesday, 10:43 pm

    • Ezequiel Tovar homers twice against A’s
Ezequiel Tovar hit a pair of solo homers Tuesday in a losing cause against the A’s.

Advice: In spite of his willingness to swing at anything and everything, Tovar has managed to hit .279/.313/.468 this season. His second homer today, projected at 443 feet, was the second longest of his career and easily the longest among those to come away from Coors Field. He’s actually hit 14 of his 23 career homers on the road, though his batting average is far better at home (.287 to .229). Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:42 pm

    • Accounts for offense in loss
Henderson went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk in Monday's 6-3 loss to the Cardinals.

Advice: Henderson has homered in four straight games and continues to lead the majors with 16 long balls. The shortstop's sixth-inning blast off Sonny Gray was all the runs the Orioles could muster Monday. Henderson stumbled a bit in the middle of May, but he's quickly returned to form and is now sporting a .271/.351/.610 slash line with 34 RBI, 35 runs scored and seven stolen bases over 45 contests. • Drives in three runs
Verdugo went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI in Monday's loss to Seattle.

Advice: Verdugo opened the scoring with a two-run double in the first inning and later knocked an RBI single. After posting an .804 OPS in his first 29 games, he's struggled in 17 games this month, going 15-for-64 (.234) with five extra-base hits. Overall, he's now slashing .255/.328/.406 with five home runs, 10 doubles, 24 RBI and a 19:20 BB:K through 46 games. Rotowire.com Monday, 8:15 pm

    • Henderson blasts 16th home run Monday
Gunnar Henderson went 1-for-3 with a walk and a three-run home run against the Cardinals on Monday.

Advice: Henderson accounted for all the Orioles’ runs on the night. He blasted his league-leading 16th home run in the sixth inning off Sonny Gray, who hadn’t allowed a single hit at that point in the game. The 22-year-old is up to .271 with a .961 OPS and 34 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Monday, 7:56 pm

    • Verdugo has three hits and three RBI on Monday
Alex Verdugo went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI against the Mariners on Monday.

Advice: Verdugo’s career-high in home runs is just 13, but he has a nice spot in the middle of the Yankees’ order as the clean-up hitter against right-handed starting pitchers. Verdugo has 22 runs scored and 24 RBI in 46 games this season.

    • On base three times Sunday
Springer went 1-for-2 with two walks, a double, two runs scored and an RBI in Sunday's win over the Rays.

Advice: Dropped to sixth in the batting order over the weekend, Springer responded to the move by getting on base three times, leading to his first multi-run performance since April 14. The veteran outfielder hasn't had a multi-hit game since April 24 though, slashing .156/.214/.203 in 17 contests since then without a homer. Until his bat wakes up, Springer will likely remain in the bottom half of the order. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:20 am
    • Swats early home run
Cronenworth went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk in Sunday's 9-1 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Cronenworth opened up the scoring with a two-run blast off Bryce Elder in the opening frame for his only hit of the night. Cronenworth owns a 140 wRC+, which is currently third in baseball among all qualified first basemen, behind only Freddie Freeman and Bryce Harper. Cronenworth is putting together an excellent campaign and is currently slashing .275/.344/.485 with eight homers, 30 RBI, 21 runs and a 17:33 BB:K in 192 plate appearances.
