      Advice: Bregman accounted for the Astros' only run with his seventh home run of the season. After a slow start to the campaign, he has started to turn things around, going 8-for-24 with three home runs, five RBI and four runs scored across his last six games.     • Jackson Holliday tallies two hits on Friday at AAA
      Orioles 2B/SS prospect Jackson Holliday went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBI on Friday for Triple-A Norfolk.

      Advice: Holliday is one of the few top fantasy prospects still healthy in the upper minors at the moment and he’s clearly benefitting from the extra seasoning in the upper minors following his early-season demotion, batting .263 with four homers and three steals in 30 games since April 27.       Arenado went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Phillies.

      Advice: Arenado has homered in each of his last two games. The third baseman's power numbers are still way down -- he's at five homers and a .379 slugging percentage through 53 contests -- but his recent stretch could be a sign of him heating up. On the year, he's batting .257 with 26 RBI, 22 runs scored, 10 doubles and no stolen bases over 226 plate appearances.       Bibee (4-1) allowed a run on three hits and a walk over 6.1 innings Friday, striking out seven and earning a win over the Nationals.

      Advice: Bibee dominated in six shutout frames before Washington finally pushed home a run in the seventh. He's turned in three straight quality starts, dropping his season ERA from 4.34 to 3.74 during that span. The 25-year-old righty has allowed two or fewer runs in seven of his first 12 starts.     • Tanner Bibee blazes past Nationals for win
      Tanner Bibee allowed one earned run across 6 ⅓ innings in a 7-1 win over the Nationals on Friday. He struck out seven and walked one.

      Advice: This was a tremendous start for Bibee mostly fueled by increased fastball velocity. His heater ticked up to 98 MPH and averaged 95.5 MPH, but tailed off in the seventh inning as the Nationals started to get around on him. This was the second time in three starts Bibee’s fastball averaged at least 95.5 MPH and keeping the velocity on that pitch up is the key to his success. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:40 pm

      Hoskins will serve as the designated hitter and bat sixth in Friday's game against the White Sox.
