    Advice: Buxton got the Twins on the board with his fifth-inning solo shot and was also a part of their rally in the seventh. The outfielder has gone 8-for-20 (.400) with six extra-base hits over his last five games. He slumped early in June but has rebounded to get his slash line to .255/.302/.435 with six homers, 26 RBI, 28 runs scored and five stolen bases over 215 plate appearances this year.     Brett Wisely went 2-for-4 with a run scored from the leadoff spot in the Giants’ 5-1 defeat of the Cubs on Tuesday.

    Advice: Wisely’s second hit, a 403-foot double to left-center, would have been a homer in 29 of 30 ballparks and really a no-doubter in most of them. Oracle Park isn’t built that way, though.     Advice: Crow-Armstrong has struck out 22 times while batting .151/.182/.226 in 53 plate appearances this month. He had a huge seventh inning, hitting an RBI single, stealing second and coming around to score for the third time in the contest. Palacios has tallied three multi-hit efforts and two steals in his past four games and is now hitting .249 with four home runs, 16 RBI and 12 stolen bases over 197 at-bats in 2024.     Chas McCormick went 1-for-4 with two RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Rockies.

    Advice: McCormick’s two-RBI single in the first capped off a five-run inning for the Astros, who sent all nine batters to the plate against embattled starter Austin Gomber.     Nick Gordon went 1-for-4 with an RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Royals.

    Advice: Gordon’s RBI single in the seventh inning tied the game at 1-1, giving the Marlins life after being shut down by Seth Lugo for six innings.     Harrison Bader went 2-for-4 with a home run, a steal, and two runs scored in a win over the Yankees on Tuesday.

    Advice: Bader’s home run was a 419-foot shot for his fifth of the season, and the stolen base was his 11th of the year. Bader has been playing regularly as the Mets’ starting center fielder and should continue to see regular at-bats with Starling Marte now out for at least a month.     Aaron Judge went 2-for-3 with a walk and five RBI in a loss to the Mets on Tuesday.

    Advice: Judge had an RBI double in the seventh inning with the Yankees down by seven but then crushed a 390-foot grand slam at 109.4 mph that brought the Yankees within two. While the bottom of the Yankees lineup may not be particularly deep, they still have Aaron Judge, which will always make them a threat. The big right fielder now has 29 home runs and 75 RBI already this season, which seems like video game numbers. You’re feeling great if you were able to take him with your first-round pick.
