    • Willy Adames homers, drives in four vs. Rays
Willy Adames went 1-for-3 with a home run and four RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Rays.

Advice: Adames put the Brewers on the board with a sacrifice fly in the first inning but sent a three-run blast into the stands in the fifth inning to give the Brewers a comfortable 6-1 advantage. It was a strong way for Adames to close out a month in which he slashed .270/.369/.441 while belting four homers and driving in 17 runs. He’s also scored 16 runs. He’s hitting for a solid average and providing plenty of runs scored and runs driven in, making for a solid player across multiple categories heading into May. Rotoworld 19 minutes ago

    • Nabs second steal
Morel went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Mets.

Advice: The steal was his second of the season, and both pilfers have come in his last eight contests. Morel is struggling to get going with his bat however, and through 29 games he's slashing a meager .215/.292/.374 with four homers, 14 RBI and 17 runs. Rotowire.com 24 minutes ago

    • Hits mid-90s in bullpen
Senga (shoulder) reached the mid-90s with his fastball during Monday's bullpen against live hitters and used all of his pitches in the session, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Advice: The Mets have been very deliberate so far with Senga's recovery from a shoulder capsule strain, but the organization's patience seems to be paying off. While the right-hander feels he will be back in the big-league rotation right around when he's first eligible to come off the IL on May 27, general manager David Stearns wouldn't sign off on that timeline, indicating Monday that he couldn't say whether Senga would be back in late May or early June. The 31-year-old is set to face live hitters two more times before beginning a rehab assignment around May 11. Rotowire.com Today, 7:06 am

    • Swats solo shot Monday
Smith went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional run and a walk in Monday's 8-4 victory against the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Smith padded the Dodgers' lead in the sixth inning with a 407-foot solo blast to center field. It was the backstop's second long ball in three games after he went deep just once over his first 23 contests of the campaign. Though he's been pretty quiet in the power department thus far, Smith is having an outstanding start to the season, slashing .363/.404/.539 with 22 RBI and 16 runs through 114 plate appearances. • Logs steal in loss
Witt went 1-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and one run scored in Monday's 6-5 loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: Witt has picked up his pace on the basepaths with five steals over his last seven games. In that span, he's gone 9-for-27 (.333) with eight RBI. The shortstop is up to nine steals on 12 attempts on the year. He's added a .306/.351/.537 slash line with four home runs, 16 RBI, 24 runs scored, eight doubles and four triples over 30 contests. • Hits go-ahead home run
Morel went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's 3-1 win over the Mets.

Advice: Morel was hitless until the ninth inning, when he delivered a two-out home run with a runner on against New York closer Edwin Diaz to break open a 1-1 tie. The key blast was Morel's fourth of the season and first since April 9. He's not off to as fast of a start as he had last year, but the 24-year-old can heat up in a hurry, and perhaps this effort will provide the spark. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:25 pm

    • Shuts down Yanks for fourth win
Rodriguez (4-1) picked up the win Monday, allowing five hits and three walks over 5.2 scoreless innings in a 2-0 victory over the Yankees. He struck out three.

Advice: While the 24-year-old right-hander recorded his lowest strikeout total of the season so far, Rodriguez kept New York from pushing across a run despite having runners in scoring position in three of the six innings in which he worked. He tossed 54 of 101 pitches for strikes before exiting, coming up just short of his fourth quality start of the year, and he gave up two runs or fewer for the fifth time in six trips to the mound. Rodriguez will take a 3.71 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 37:12 K:BB through 34 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road this weekend in Cincinnati. • Christopher Morel hits go-ahead homer to sink Mets
Christopher Morel slugged a go-ahead two-run homer on Monday, powering the Cubs to a 3-1 victory over the Mets.

Advice: Morel stunned the New York faithful at Citi Field with a tie-breaking ninth-inning blast to left-center field off Mets stopper Edwin Díaz. It was his fourth big fly of the season and snapped a 16-game homerless drought dating back to April 9. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:29 pm

    • Grayson Rodriguez shuts out Yankees in win
Grayson Rodriguez went 5 2/3 innings and allowed five hits and no runs in a 1-0 victory against the Yankees.

Advice: After a putrid outing where he allowed seven earned runs, Rodriguez put together a scoreless performance and threw more than 100 pitches for the first time in a game this season. This was the 24-year-old’s third win of the season and brought his 4.45 ERA down to a cool 3.71 ERA. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:07 pm
