    Austin Martin is starting at second base for the Twins on Thursday with Willi Castro on the bench.

    Advice: Martin has now started four straight games and five of six since being promoted from Triple-A. Martin is 7-for-15 in those five games with four runs, two RBI, and a steal. If the Twins continue to move him all over the field and keep him in the starting lineup then Martin could produce enough value to be rostered in deeper formats.     Advice: Mitchell has played five rehab games with Nashville after being transferred there from the Brewers' Arizona Complex League affiliate. He's gone 5-for-22 with two home runs and two stolen bases in those contests, playing both center field and right field in addition to designated hitter. Mitchell will remain at Nashville for the time being, per Adam McCalvy of MLB.com, but a return to the major-league roster shouldn't be far off.     The Cardinals will recall Scott from Triple-A Memphis to serve as their 27th man in Thursday's game versus the Giants, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.

The outfielder is slashing a middling .214/.258/.290 with two home runs, 11 RBI, 18 runs scored, three doubles and one triple over 164 plate appearances.
