Bo Bichette went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in a 9-2 win over the White Sox on Wednesday.

Advice: Bichette’s numbers continue to improve after a cold start. He added two hits on Wednesday, including a two-run homer off Nick Nastrini in the second inning. He added another run for the Blue Jays in the fourth with a base hit to score Vladimir Guerrero Jr. The 26-year-old shortstop is now hitting .233/.289/.349 with three homers, 19 RBI, and four steals across 187 plate appearances. • Nestor Cortes lasts five innings in win
Nestor Cortes pitched five scoreless innings on Wednesday against the Mariners. He scattered three hits and three walks while striking out six and earning the win.

Advice: Cortes had a tougher time in this one than the box score would suggest as the Mariners put men on base in each of the first four innings with a handful of runners in scoring position. Still, Cortes found a way to wiggle out of every jam and earned his third win of the season. Rotoworld 35 minutes ago
    • Jorge Soler drives in three runs as Giants win
Jorge Soler went 2-for-4 and drove in three runs on Wednesday night, propelling the Giants to a 9-5 come-from-behind victory over the Pirates in extra innings.

Advice: Soler got the Giants on the board in the fifth inning with a run-scoring single off of Jared Jones, trimming their deficit to four runs at 5-1. He also plated a run with a ground ball in the eighth inning that made it 5-4. The 32-year-old slugger also added an RBI single in the 10th — extending the Giants’ lead to 7-5. He scored later in the frame on a single by Luis Matos. With his two-hit night, he’s now slashing .213/.304/.362 with five homers and 12 RBI. Rotoworld 41 minutes ago

    • Bryan Reynolds blasts grand slam in loss to Giants
Bryan Reynolds clobbered a grand slam in the fourth inning on Wednesday, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Pirates past the visiting Giants.

Advice: The Pirates entered the home half of the fourth inning engaged in a scoreless tie. They pushed a run across as Andrew McCutchen was plunked with the bases loaded, then Reynolds greeted Sean Hjelle with a 386-foot (100.1 mph EV) grand slam that made it a 5-0 ballgame. The 29-year-old outfielder also singled in the contest, finishing the night 2-for-5. On the season, he’s now hitting .251/.335/.412 to go with six homers, 26 RBI and four swipes. • Launches clutch three-run homer
Gimenez went 1-for-3 with a three-run homer and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Mets.

Advice: Gimenez provided a key blast in Cleveland's comeback victory, ripping a three-run homer off Jose Quintana with two outs in the sixth inning to tie the game 3-3. While the long ball was Gimenez's lone hit in the three-game series, he's gone 14-for-39 (.359) with three homers in his last 10 contests. The 25-year-old second baseman is now slashing .266/.327/.386 with four homers, 30 RBI, 28 runs scored and seven steals across 47 games this season. Rotowire.com Today, 2:21 pm

    • Andrés Giménez laces three-run homer in victory
Andrés Giménez hit a three-run homer in the bottom of the sixth Wednesday in the Guardians’ 6-3 defeat of the Mets.

Advice: The Mets took a 3-0 lead in the fourth today, but the Guardians did all of the scoring after that. The homer off Jose Quintana was Giménez’s fourth of the year. He’s still not hitting the ball like he did two years ago, but that his strikeout rate is down to 14% has helped him bat .266 and hitting second for the Guardians has given him a nice boost in runs scored (28) and RBI (30). • Jorge Soler gets dropped to sixth in Giants lineup
After leading off the last four games, Jorge Soler has been dropped to sixth in the Giants lineup on Wednesday.

Advice: Luis Matos, who hit third last night, is in the leadoff spot tonight. Soler is 4-for-18 with a couple of walks since returning from the injured list last week. He’s at .204/.295/.358 overall in 38 games this season. Rotoworld Today, 12:50 pm

    • Retreating to bench Wednesday
Springer is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the White Sox.

Advice: After sitting out three times in four-game stretch from May 10 through 13 while he recovered from an illness, Springer started in each of Toronto's last six games while going 3-for-20 with four walks and two doubles. Despite his lackluster production over the past week, Springer isn't believed to be dealing with any physical issues, so his absence from the lineup Wednesday is most likely a maintenance day. • George Springer left out of Wednesday’s lineup
George Springer is out of the lineup Wednesday after going hitless in the Jays’ last two games,

Advice: Springer is down to .194/.276/.285 for the season, though Statcast still thinks he’s been terribly unlucky. Cavan Biggio will start in right field tonight. Rotoworld Today, 12:08 pm
