• Michael Conforto goes 0-for-4 against Pirates
Michael Conforto finished 0-for-4 against the Pirates on Sunday, leaving him without an RBI in his last five games.

Advice: Conforto opened the season 13-for-31 with three homers, four doubles and 10 RBI in his first eight games, Since then, he’s 15-for-74 with two homers, two doubles and six RBI in 19 games. He’s been in the lineup regularly against lefties since that fast start, but that probably ought to change, given his recent results. Rotoworld 4 minutes ago
  • Henry Davis exits for pinch-hitter versus Giants
Henry Davis struck out twice before exiting for a pinch-hitter Sunday against the Giants.

Advice: The Pirates might have batted for him anyway, but Davis did get hit on the right hand while catching today and was definitely feeling it afterwards. Davis has really struggled this season, hitting .169/.282/.215 in 79 plate appearances, and odds are that he’s going to be sent to Triple-A once Yasmani Grandal comes off the IL. • Goes deep, swipes bag
Altuve went 2-for-4 with a solo homer, three runs scored, a walk and a steal in Sunday's win over Colorado.

Advice: Altuve singled and scored in the first inning after swiping third base. He then drilled a solo shot in the third. The star infielder had been in a short slump recently, going 6-for-30 (.200) with one extra-base hit over his previous seven games. Still, he's sporting a strong .342/.414/.596 slash line with four steals, 15 extra-base hits and 21 runs scored through 28 games. Rotowire.com 7 minutes ago
  • Josh Rojas smacks leadoff homer in loss to D’Backs
Josh Rojas smacked a leadoff home run against his former club on Sunday, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Mariners to victory over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Rojas stepped into the leadoff spot over the weekend with J.P. Crawford on the injured list, and he responded by crushing a pair of leadoff home runs — one on Friday night and another to open the home half of the first inning on Sunday. That one, was a 349-foot (102.8 mph EV) blast off of Brandon Pfaadt. Rojas finished the day 1-for-3 and is now hitting .297/.366/.516 with three homers, six RBI and one stolen base on the season. He plays everyday against right-handed pitching and could be worth a look in deeper mixed leagues, especially while he’s hitting atop the M’s lineup. Rotoworld 7 minutes ago

  • Stays hot against Tampa Bay
Jimenez went 3-for-4 with a run scored in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Rays.

Advice: Jimenez was able to single and then come around to score on an RBI single by Robbie Grossman in the bottom of the fourth. He later added two more base knocks in the contest, notching his second straight multi-hit performance and his fourth in the last nine games. Over that stretch, Jimenez has batted .351 with three home runs, eight RBI, seven runs scored, three walks and a stolen base over 37 at-bats. Rotowire.com 22 minutes ago
  • Wyatt Langford’s first homer is inside-the-parker
Wyatt Langford made his first career homer an inside-the-parker Sunday in the Rangers’ 4-3 win over the Reds.

Advice: Langford’s shot to right-center would have been a traditional homer in six ballparks. In Texas, it bounced off a fortunately angled wall and shot far into right field, allowing Langford to score without a play. Langford is batting .248/.325/.327 with 11 RBI through 27 games. It’s not quite what people expected after his huge spring, but he also hasn’t seemed overmatched in the least. He’ll continue improving from here. Rotoworld 27 minutes ago
  • Anthony Rizzo hits 300th homer in Yankees’ rout
Anthony Rizzo went 4-for-4 and hit his 300th career homer Sunday as the Yankees crushed the Brewers 15-5.

Advice: Rizzo also walked. His homer, which was hit off Janson Junk, would have been out of Just 10 ballparks. It came in his 1,664th game since debuting with the Padres in 2011. He’s hit 57 in 307 games since arriving in New York. The formerly slumping Rizzo has six hits in two days and four homers in his last six games. He’s all of the way up to .277/.341/.446 on the season. Rotoworld 56 minutes ago
  • Anthony Volpe homers, reaches four times
Anthony Volpe went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer and two walks Sunday against the Brewers.

Advice: A much-improved game for Volpe, who came into the day 7-for-47 with no homers and a 16/1 K/BB ratio in his previous 11 games. The Yankees haven’t wavered on using him as a leadoff man, even though he’s mostly struggled since moving up two weeks into the season. It’s definitely best for his fantasy value if they keep him there. Rotoworld 56 minutes ago
  • Jake Bauers goes 3-for-5, hits three-run homer
Jake Bauers went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer and pitched a scoreless innings Sunday against the Yankees.

Advice: Bauers was in the lineup for just one game of the series against his previous team, but he made the most of it, delivering a three-run blast off Marcus Stroman. He’s at .214/.267/.411 in 60 plate appearances. A reduced role is probably coming once Christian Yelich (back) returns, particularly since Yelich will probably spend more time DHing than usual.
