    • Bregman hits first homer of season vs. Guardians
Alex Bregman went 1-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Guardians.

Advice: The Astros found themselves down 3-0 after the first inning, but Bregman’s 426-foot blast, which marked his first homer of the season, drew things even at 3-3. It’s been a slow start to the season for Bregman, who entered the day slashing .216/.287/.268. He’s hit safely in four of his last five games and could be on the verge of finally heating up. Getting that first home run out of the way is hopefully a step in the right direction. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:45 pm

    • Scratched after delay
Montgomery will not start Tuesday's game against the Dodgers, Jesse Friedman of GoPHNX.com reports.

Advice: The beginning of Tuesday's contest was delayed roughly two hours after a bee colony formed on the net behind home plate, and the lengthy delay will cause Montgomery to sit down while Brandon Hughes starts in a bullpen game. Montgomery's next start will likely be pushed back to Wednesday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:17 pm
    • Manaea pitches good enough in no decision
Sean Manaea allowed one run on three hits in five innings in a no-decision against the Cubs on Tuesday.

Advice: While Manaea only gave up one hit, he also walked four batters in five innings and threw a first-pitch strike to just 10 of the 21 batters he faced. He was able to consistently find the zone with his four-seam and sinker, but his sweeper and changeup were less successful, and he didn’t get a single whiff on the sweeper. Still, the fastballs and changeup were more than enough on Tuesday, as he put together a 36 percent whiff rate and 28 percent CSW. Inefficiency has been an issue for Manaea throughout the season, which has put a damper on his fantasy appeal since he has a 3.07 ERA and has looked good for long stretches. He can probably be trusted in deeper leagues against the Rays this weekend, and could be a riser in fantasy circles if he can improve his command. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:15 pm

    • Shaky control again Tuesday
Manaea came away with a no-decision in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Cubs, giving up one run on three hits and four walks over five innings. He struck out three.

Advice: For the fourth straight start, Manaea issued at least three free passes, but the veteran lefty was able to limit the damage before exiting with the score tied 1-1. He tossed 54 of 92 pitches for strikes, and while his 3.07 ERA on the season looks sharp, it comes with a 1.43 WHIP and 30:18 K:BB through 29.1 innings. Manaea will try to tighten things up in his next outing, which lines up to come this weekend in Tampa Bay. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:52 pm

    • Nabs second steal
Morel went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Mets.

Advice: The steal was his second of the season, and both pilfers have come in his last eight contests. Morel is struggling to get going with his bat however, and through 29 games he's slashing a meager .215/.292/.374 with four homers, 14 RBI and 17 runs. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:46 pm

    • Jon Gray allowed one run over 8 IP vs. Nationals
Jon Gray allowed one earned run on three hits over eight innings in the Rangers’ win over the Nationals on Tuesday.

Advice: Gray’s lone run allowed came in the first inning after Luis Garcia drove in C.J. Abrams to give the Nats their first and only lead on the night. Gray only notched three strikeouts in this one, but eight strong frames proved to be more than enough for the Rangers to get the win over a Nats team that was held to just three hits. Gray is now 1-1 with a 2.48 ERA on the season. He’ll look to earn his second win of the season on Sunday against the Royals. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:32 pm

    • Rutschman has two hits in win over Yankees
Adley Rutschman went 2-for-4 with an RBI in a win over the Yankees on Tuesday.

Advice: It wasn’t an exceptional day for Rutschman on Tuesday, but he was the only Oriole to pick up multiple hits. His two singles upped his triple slash to .322/.362/.449 with 18 RBI on the season. He has a surprisingly low 5.7 percent walk rate on the season, but the rest of the profile has been exactly as expected for one of the best fantasy catchers in the game. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:26 pm
    • Out of Tuesday's lineup
Buxton is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the White Sox.

Advice: Buxton has an .820 OPS and 30.8 percent strikeout rate over his past 10 games and will take a seat Tuesday after starting the previous two contests. Willi Castro will shift to center field while Kyle Farmer receives the start at third base. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:14 pm

    • Wins game with walk-off homer
Garver went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk Monday in a 2-1 win over Atlanta.

Advice: It's been a rough season for Garver, as he's slashing just .150/.266/.313 through 94 plate appearances. However, Seattle has stuck with him as the team's primary DH, and that decision paid off Monday when he launched a two-run, ninth-inning shot to give the Mariners a come-from-behind win. Garver could be building a bit of momentum, as he's gone deep in two of his past four games. Rotowire.com Monday, 10:57 pm
