    • Nearing game action
Robert (hip) is still awaiting his first action at the team's complex in Glendale, Ariz., Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. "We anticipate some game action later this week,'' general manager Chris Getz said. "He seems to have turned the corner and is trending well."

Advice: There was some hope that Robert would get into games in Arizona last week, but the White Sox decided not to push it. Robert missed more than three months with a similar injury in 2021, so it makes sense that the organization would take a cautious approach. While he remains without a definitive timetable to return to the majors, Robert seems to be progressing well, though at a deliberate pace. Rotowire.com Monday, 5:35 am

    • Slugs another long ball Saturday
Stanton went 2-for-3 with a home run, a double, a walk and two total RBI in Saturday's 6-1 win against the White Sox.

Advice: Stanton doubled home a run in the first inning and added a solo homer in the third. The long ball was his second in as many days and his third over his past four games. Stanton is enjoying a big month of May, slashing .308/.333/.654 with five homers and 10 RBI through 13 games, though he's also struck out 35.2 percent of the time. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:56 am
    • Stays hot with six-RBI day
Matos went 3-for-5 with a home run and six RBI in Saturday's 14-4 victory over the Rockies.

Advice: Matos drove in a career-high five runs in Friday's series opener and then one-upped himself Saturday. He got the scoring going in this one with a two-out, three-run home run in the bottom of the first inning. The youngster then followed that with an RBI double in his next trip to the dish before capping off his night with a two-RBI single. Matos is just the fourth Giants player ever to notch consecutive five-RBI games, and he has tallied a whopping 17 RBI in seven contests since being recalled. While he had just a .661 OPS with the Giants last season and a .663 OPS this year at Triple-A Sacramento, Matos is a former top prospect who just turned 22 in January. At the very least, he's become a player who needs to be rostered in five-outfielder leagues. Rotowire.com Saturday, 5:03 pm

    • Luis Matos drives in six runs against Rockies
Luis Matos went 3-for-5 with a home run and six RBI to power the Giants to a 14-4 win over the Rockies on Saturday.

Advice: Matos continued his RBI barrage on Saturday, blasting a three-run homer off Ty Blach in the first inning. He doubled in the third to drive in a run and added two more RBI in the eighth to make it six on the day and 11 over his last two games. The 22-year-old outfielder has gotten off to a hot start at the plate with the Giants, going 10-for-26 with two homers and 17 RBI. With Jung Hoo Lee (shoulder) out for the season, Matos should be a regular in the lineup and brings intriguing power and speed, hitting three homers with three steals across 31 games in Triple-A before his call-up. • Giancarlo Stanton stays hot with homer Saturday
Giancarlo Stanton went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, and a walk against the White Sox on Saturday.

Advice: Stanton doubled in the first inning to drive in a run for the Yankees. He then homered off Brad Keller in the third before drawing a walk to reach for a third time in the fifth inning. The 34-year-old slugger is heating up along with the rest of the Yankees lineup. He’s now had multiple hits in four of his last five games, including three homers. Stanton is hitting .258/.309/.530 with 11 homers and 26 RBI across 162 plate appearances. Rotoworld Saturday, 12:43 pm
    • Homers, draws three walks Friday
Judge went 1-for-1 with a solo home run, an additional run and three walks in Friday's 4-2 win against the White Sox.

Advice: Judge belted a 433-solo shot to left field in the first inning to plate the first run of the game. Chicago pitchers didn't bother with him thereafter, walking the slugger in each of his remaining three plate appearances, with one of the free passes being intentional. After a subpar start to the season, Judge has turned things around of late, slashing .475/.604/1.150 with six homers, nine doubles, 12 RBI, 14 runs and a 12:7 BB:K over his past 12 contests. • Mashes homer No. 10
Stanton went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Friday's 4-2 win over the White Sox.

Advice: He crushed a Tanner Banks fastball down the left-field line on the first pitch he saw to lead off the sixth inning. Stanton has stayed healthy so far this season and is already at 10 long balls through 39 games, giving him a shot at his first 40-homer campaign since 2017 if he can avoid lengthy injury absences. His 33.5 percent strikeout rate -- which would be the worst mark of his career if it doesn't come down -- indicates how one-dimensional the 34-year-old has become at this stage of his career, however. • Five RBI in win
Matos went 3-for-5 with two doubles and five RBI in Friday's 10-5 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Matos enjoyed one of the best games of his career, driving in at least one run with each of his hits. He added an RBI on a groundout in the seventh inning as well. The 22-year-old is hitting .333 (7-for-21) with 11 RBI and three extra-base hits over his first six contests this season. With Jung Hoo Lee (shoulder) out for the year, Matos has a golden opportunity to claim a full-time major-league job if he can keep hitting well. Rotowire.com Friday, 10:48 pm

    • Luis Matos brings in five runs in win over Rockies
Luis Matos drove in five runs and collected three hits in a 10-5 win Friday over the Rockies.

Advice: Matos has certainly looked the part since being recalled from the injured list, and Friday was (obviously) no exception. The 22-year-old doubled twice, and the five-RBI night gives him a streak of four-consecutive games with runs driven in. Matos failed in his time with the Giants in 2023, but it’s not a question of talent with the outfielder. He’s worth a speculative add in deeper redraft leagues. Rotoworld Friday, 10:18 pm
