The homer marked Diaz’s fifth of the season, as he’s now homered in back-to-back games while driving in five runs over that span.       Advice: The home run was Santander’s 11th of the season. His ISO is up to .228, which would be a career-high not including the shortened 2020 season. Santander is hitting just .228, but his .227 BABIP is well below his career .269 BABIP. His strikeout percentage is 18 percent, which is below his career 20 percent strikeout percentage. Santander’s power is still there and he’s just been unlucky with his average so far.

      Advice: Santander followed Ryan Mountcastle’s homer in the first inning with his own solo blast to extend the lead. He then drew a walk in the third before scoring on a double by Kyle Stowers.
