    • Three hits in extra-inning win
Kwan went 3-for-5 with a triple, a double and two RBI in Wednesday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Astros.

Advice: Kwan's RBI triple in the fifth inning gave the Guardians a 2-0 lead, and he plated the decisive run with a double in the 10th. He ended up a home run short of the cycle in Wednesday's strong performance. The leadoff hitter has gone 11-for-28 (.393) during his seven-game hitting streak, and he's slashing an excellent .360/.403/.512 with three homers, 11 RBI, 27 runs scored, three stolen bases, six doubles and two triples over 29 contests this season. • Steven Kwan drives in game-winning run vs. Astros
Steven Kwan went 3-for-5 with a triple, double, and two RBI in a 3-2 win over the Astros on Wednesday.

Advice: After knocking a base hit in the first inning, Kwan drove in a run with a triple in the fifth. He came through in a big spot in the tenth, driving in the go-ahead run with a double. Kwan capped off his day with a game-ending diving catch in the bottom of the inning. The 26-year-old outfielder is slashing .360/.403/.512 with three homers, 27 runs scored, 11 RBI, and three steals across 134 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:03 pm
    • Sal Frelick goes 0-for-5 against Rays
Sal Frelick went 0-for-5 as the Brewers’ leadoff man on Wednesday.

Advice: Power wasn’t always going to be an issue for Frelick, but one imagined there’s be some gains from his rookie season. Instead, he’s homerless in 116 plate appearances, and he has both a lower walk rate and a higher strikeout rate than last year. It’ll be interesting to see who heats up first between him and Jackson Chourio, since one of the two might be in line for a demotion at some point. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:49 pm
    • Heads to bench Wednesday
Santander is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Yankees.

Advice: Santander will get a breather after he had started each of Baltimore's last 13 games while posting an .886 OPS. The 29-year-old isn't at any risk of losing hold of an everyday role, but he'll cede his spot in the lineup Wednesday to rookie Heston Kjerstad, who has played sparingly since being called up from Triple-A Norfolk on April 23. • Goes deep in nightcap
Donovan went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in an 11-6 loss to the Tigers in the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader.

Advice: Donovan sparked the Cardinals' fifth-inning rally with his homer. The utility man had hit safely in five straight games before going 0-for-4 in the matinee contest. Donovan is slashing .228/.311/.377 with three homers, 16 RBI, 13 runs scored and no stolen bases over 132 plate appearances this season. He remains the Cardinals' preferred leadoff batter and left fielder despite his mediocre hitting so far. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 11:35 pm

    • Tauchman has two hits in loss to Mets
Mike Tauchman went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in a loss to the Mets.

Advice: Tauchman had the Cubs’ only extra-base hit of the night and is now slashing .307/.435/.530 on the season. Perhaps more importantly, he was in the lineup and hitting sixth with a left-handed pitcher on the mound, which suggests that he’ll be an everyday player for the Cubs while Cody Bellinger and Seiya Suzuki are sidelined. That makes him worth a short-term add in most formats. Rotoworld Tuesday, 8:28 pm

    • Doubles, scores in loss
Tauchman went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Mets.

Advice: Tauchman had half of Chicago's hits in the sluggish loss, pushing his season average up to .307 in the process. With Seiya Suzuki (oblique) and Cody Bellinger (ribs) both on the injured list, Tauchman has seen plenty of playing time recently, and the veteran has responded. He should remain a solid short-term fantasy asset, though his long-term outlook is a bit murkier, as it depends on how quickly the other outfielders are able to return to the lineup. • Nabs second steal
Morel went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Mets.

Advice: The steal was his second of the season, and both pilfers have come in his last eight contests. Morel is struggling to get going with his bat, however -- through 29 games he's slashing a meager .215/.292/.374 with four homers, 14 RBI and 17 runs. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 7:46 pm

    • Not starting versus lefty
Frelick is not in the Brewers' lineup Tuesday against the Rays.

Advice: Lefty Tyler Anderson will start on the mound for Tampa Bay, so the lefty-hitting Frelick will begin the game on the bench. In his place in left field, Joey Wiemer gets the start and will bat ninth. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 2:22 pm
