    • Remains red-hot Sunday
Rizzo went 4-for-4 with a two-run home run, two doubles, a walk and three runs scored in Sunday's 15-5 win over the Brewers.

Advice: Rizzo was once again spectacular Sunday, ripping a double in his first at-bat, before later adding another double, a single and a two-run homer later in the contest. The long ball was his fifth of the season, and he has now gone deep in back-to-back games and four times in his last six contests. Rizzo is batting .277 with five home runs, 15 RBI and 15 runs scored over 112 at-bats in 29 games in 2024. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:15 pm

    • Anthony Rizzo hits 300th homer in Yankees’ rout
Anthony Rizzo went 4-for-4 and hit his 300th career homer Sunday as the Yankees crushed the Brewers 15-5.

Advice: Rizzo also walked. His homer, which was hit off Janson Junk, would have been out of Just 10 ballparks. It came in his 1,664th game since debuting with the Padres in 2011. He’s hit 57 in 307 games since arriving in New York. The formerly slumping Rizzo has six hits in two days and four homers in his last six games. He’s all of the way up to .277/.341/.446 on the season. Rotoworld Sunday, 3:14 pm

    • Takes seat Sunday
Pasquantino is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.

Advice: With the Royals wrapping up their series with a day game and with ace lefty Tarik Skubal on the bump for the Tigers, Kansas City manager Matt Quatraro likely felt that it was an opportune time to give the lefty-hitting Pasquantino a game off. Pasquantino had started in each of the Royals' last 14 games and had gone hitless over the past five contests. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:20 am
    • Vinnie Pasquantino gets Sunday off vs. Tigers
Vinnie Pasquantino is out of the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Tigers.

Advice: Pasquantino has gone hitless over his last five games, and the 26-year-old will take a seat for Sunday’s contest with tough lefty Tarik Skubal on the bump for the Tigers. Salvador Perez draws the start at first base with Freddy Fermin behind the plate and Adam Frazier the designated hitter. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:52 am
    • Continues power surge Saturday
Rizzo went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and three total runs scored in Saturday's 15-3 rout against Milwaukee.

Advice: Rizzo hit one of four long balls for the Yankees in the contest, contributing a two-run shot to right field in the sixth inning. After beginning the season with just one home run over his first 23 games, Rizzo's power stroke has resurfaced of late, as he's belted three homers over his past five contests. The veteran first baseman is hitting .350 with five RBI and five runs over that stretch. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:35 am

    • Goes yard again Wednesday
Rizzo went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 7-3 win over the Yankees.

Advice: The 34-year-old first baseman appears to be heating up. Rizzo has gone yard in back-to-back games after managing only one homer in his first 23 contests this season. His .242/.314/.358 slash line and 11 RBI remain below expectations, but after a tough, concussion-marred 2023 campaign, Rizzo's beginning to look more like the player who slugged 32 homers in 2022. • Clubs second homer
Rizzo went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the A's.

Advice: Paul Blackburn left a 92.4 mph fastball up in the zone in the first inning, and Rizzo clubbed it over the fence in right-center field. The veteran first baseman snapped a 14-game homer drought with the blast, and he's still looking for his first sustained hot streak of 2024. Over 24 contests, Rizzo is slashing .231/.307/.319 with two doubles, two homers and 10 RBI. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 7:45 am

    • Rizzo homers in Yankees win
Anthony Rizzo went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in a win over the A’s on Tuesday.

Advice: The home run was just Rizzo’s second on the season and was hit 385 feet at 98.4 mph off the bat. He now has 10 RBI and a slash line of .231/.307/.319 on the year. We’ve yet to see the resurgence that many were hoping for from Rizzo, and it’s possible that the 34-year-old has endured too many injuries to get back to being anything more than a deep league fantasy player.
