    • Eugenio Suárez goes hitless in fifth straight game
Eugenio Suárez went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts in the loss to the Phillies on Sunday.

Advice: There was talk of Suárez playing less after Geraldo Perdomo came off the IL earlier this month, but it’s barely materialized; he sat out two of Arizona’s first five games with Perdomo back, but he’s now started six in a row, even though his results have remained awful. This is his fifth straight hitless game, and his average is down to .192. His last multi-RBI game came on Apr. 22. Rotoworld 45 minutes ago
    • Sitting Sunday
Moore is out of the lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Marlins.

Advice: Moore will get a rest Sunday after going 2-for-5 with two doubles, one RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 9-0 win over Miami. Ryan Bliss will start at second base and bat ninth against Marlins right-hander Kyle Tyler. Rotowire.com Today, 10:36 am

    • Sitting Sunday as expected
Varsho (back) is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Guardians.

Advice: Varsho will be given the day off Sunday after experiencing lower left back tightness on his swing in the ninth inning in Saturday's loss, per Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca. The good news for Varsho is his injury is believed to be short-term, and the 27-year-old is expected to avoid a stint on the IL. Kevin Kiermaier will start in center field Sunday and bat ninth against Cleveland right-hander Triston McKenzie. Rotowire.com Today, 10:19 am

    • Daulton Varsho out Sunday with back tightness
Daulton Varsho (back) is absent from the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Guardians.

Advice: As expected, Varsho will sit out Sunday’s series finale due to lower back tightness. The 27-year-old outfielder has been playing through the issue recently and the team doesn’t want to take any chances that it gets worse. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now. • Shifts to 60-day IL
The Marlins transferred Cabrera (shoulder) from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Sunday.

Advice: Cabrera landed on the IL on May 8 with a right shoulder impingement and looked to be on the cusp of a return after making a three-inning rehab start for Triple-A Jacksonville on Wednesday. However, given the Marlins' decision to move him to the 60-day IL -- which now leaves him ineligible for activation for another two weeks -- it's possible that Cabrera hit a snag in his rehab start, or the organization is deliberately aiming to slow down his return. According to Daniel Alvarez-Montes of ElExtraBase.com, Cabrera had been scheduled to make his second rehab start with Jacksonville on Tuesday and was expected to cover four innings or 60 pitches, but it's unclear if his move to the 60-day IL means that those plans have changed. • Laces pair of doubles Saturday
Moore went 2-for-5 with an RBI double, another two-bagger and two runs in a win over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: The Mariners gave Julio Rodriguez the night off, but Moore had no trouble helping make up for the slugger's absence by authoring one of four multi-hit efforts for Seattle. The pair of extra-base hits were right on brand for Moore, who's hit a double or better on 24 of his 42 knocks this season to put him just one XBH away from tying a career-best figure in that category. • Adley Rutschman leading off Sunday vs. southpaw
Adley Rutschman is leading off on Sunday against the Astros.

Advice: Rutschman has been bumped up to the leadoff spot for the first time all season on Sunday afternoon with southpaw Framber Valdez toeing the rubber for Houston. Gunnar Henderson has compiled solid numbers this season against left-handed pitching and will bat cleanup in this one. Rotoworld Today, 8:31 am
    • Marlins transfer Edward Cabrera to 60-day IL
Marlins transferred RHP Edward Cabrera to the 60-day injured list.

Advice: Nothing has changed with Cabrera’s return timeline as the procedural move was simply to free up a spot on Miami’s 40-man roster to bring in some emergency starting pitching depth. The 26-year-old righty has been out since early May with a right shoulder impingement. He’s now eligible to return to Miami’s starting rotation mix in early July. Rotoworld Today, 8:10 am

    • Another multi-hit performance
McMahon went 3-for-4 with a solo homer, two RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Nationals while also drawing a walk.

Advice: McMahon continued his offensive surge Saturday, tallying hits in each of his first two trips to the plate before adding a solo home run in the eighth to bring Colorado back within one run of the Nationals. It marked the third baseman's seventh multi-hit performance in his last 10 games and he's now homered in two of his last three. Over the former stretch he's batting .476 (17-for-42) with four homers, eight RBI and 11 runs scored. Rotowire.com Today, 7:43 am
