Ober (4-1) earned the win after he pitched 6.1 scoreless innings, allowing one hit while striking out 10 batters in Sunday's 5-1 victory over Toronto.

Advice: Ober was nearly perfect Sunday, allowing just a single to Vladimir Guerrero in the bottom of the fourth inning, while his 10 punchouts were a season high. The right-hander has now recorded four quality starts over eight outings this season and since allowing eight runs against the Royals in his season debut, Ober has produced a 2.16 ERA with 44 strikeouts over 41.2 innings in his last seven starts. He'll look to keep it going when he returns to the mound for his next projected start Saturday in Cleveland. Rotowire.com Today, 3:16 pm
    • Gleyber Torres homers in win over Rays
Gleyber Torres went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer in a win over the Rays on Sunday.

Advice: Torres’ big fly was a 395-foot shot that left the bat at 103 mph for his second home run of the season. It’s been a rough season for Torres and was a rough week overall, going just 2-for-19 combined against the Astros and Rays. Perhaps the 27-year-old is trying to do too much in his contract season, but he’s been making more contact recently so it’s best to hold onto him in fantasy leagues because he’s too talented a hitter to keep performing at this level all season. • Bailey Ober strikes out 10 in gem versus Jays
Bailey Ober pitched one-hit ball for 6 1/3 scoreless innings and struck out 10 as the Twins defeated the Blue Jays 5-1 on Sunday.

Advice: It’s his second career 10-strikeout game, with the other coming against the White Sox in Sept. 2022. Ober opened this season with the very worst outing of his career, but since that eight-run barrage, he has a 2.16 ERA and a 44/7 K/BB ratio in 41 2/3 innings. He’s not quite this good, but he should remain an excellent fantasy starter going forward. Rotoworld Today, 1:30 pm
    • Cal Raleigh gets Sunday off against Athletics
Cal Raleigh is not in the starting lineup Sunday against the Athletics.

Advice: The man they call Big Dumper will get a day of rest for Sunday’s series finale against the Athletics. Seby Zavala will get the start behind the plate. The Mariners are going with their right-heavy lineup against southpaw Alex Wood, so Luis Urias is in for Josh Rojas, and Sam Haggerty is in for Luke Raley. Rotoworld Today, 11:53 am

    • Getting Sunday off
Raleigh is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.

Advice: After catching each of the past four days, Raleigh will get a breather for the series finale. Seby Zavala will get the starting nod behind the dish Sunday. Rotowire.com Today, 11:39 am

    • Belts another homer Saturday
Raleigh went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Raleigh's 387-foot shot to right center in the second inning served as the first run of the night for either side and also made him the first AL catcher to hit 10 or more homers in his team's first 40 games since 2003. The slugging backstop has cleared the fences four times in the last eight games alone, and he's reached safely on seven occasions overall during that entire span. Rotowire.com Today, 8:46 am

    • Excels in long relief
Brown covered five innings out of the bullpen in Saturday's 8-2 loss to the Tigers, giving up one earned run on five hits and no walks while striking out seven.

Advice: Though he worked in relief after starting in each of his previous seven appearances, Brown delivered arguably his best outing of the campaign, with the seven punchouts matching a season high. Despite Brown's strong showing, the fact that he was bypassed for a start and entered the game in the bottom of the third inning with the Astros trailing 7-0 speaks to the lack of trust he had from the coaching staff heading into Saturday. According to Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle, the Astros won't have Brown rejoin the rotation for any of their first three games of the four-game series with Oakland to open the upcoming week. Cristian Javier was lit up for seven earned runs while recording just four outs before exiting Saturday's contest, and the Astros aren't yet committing to Javier taking the hill for Thursday's series finale versus the Athletics. If the Astros want to give Javier at least one more day off to regroup from his rough outing versus the Tigers, Brown could re-enter the rotation Thursday. Rotowire.com Today, 7:41 am
    • Crushes grand slam in win
Hernandez went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Saturday's win over the Padres.

Advice: Hernandez jumped on a hanging slider after being down 1-2 in the count with two outs in the sixth and sent it over the wall in left field for a grand slam, putting the Dodgers up 5-0. It marked the outfielder's 11th home run of the season and the fifth in his last eight games. He's now tied with Salvador Perez, Jose Ramirez and Juan Soto for second in the majors with 33 RBI on the season. Rotowire.com Today, 6:09 am
    • Goes deep in loss
Hoerner went 1-for-3 with a walk, a solo home run, an additional run scored and two total RBI in Saturday's 10-9 loss to the Pirates.

Advice: Hoerner took rookie Paul Skenes deep in the fourth inning for just his second long ball of the season. He drove in another run an inning later when he walked with the bases loaded. The low power output isn't too surprising, as Hoerner had only nine home runs last year and just 10 in 2022. The shortstop has still been productive in May with a .300 batting average and .941 OPS for the month along with both homers and three stolen bases. Rotowire.com Today, 5:35 am
