    • Vladimir Guerrero Jr. goes 0-for-4 in defeat
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. finished 0-for-4 with an RBI against the Dodgers on Friday.

Advice: Typical Guerrero this year: he crushed a pair of grounders at 109.5 and 106.7 mph, yet his two flies were both hit softly. Statcast thinks he’s been unlucky, and he probably has been, but even his xBA and xSLG are down significantly from last year. Rotoworld Friday, 6:56 pm
    • Clobbers first-inning homer
Perez went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run during Thursday's 2-1 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Although Thursday's game was called after five innings due to poor weather, Perez managed to make an impact, swatting a game-deciding, two-run shot off Jose Berrios in the first frame. Over the Royals last two series, Perez is batting .435 with eight RBI and one strikeout across 27 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Thursday, 9:49 pm

    • Salvador Perez powers Royals past Blue Jays
Salvador Perez blasted a two-run homer on Thursday, powering the Royals to a 2-1 win over the Blue Jays in a rain-shortened five-inning affair.

Advice: Perez’s two-run blast off Toronto starter José Berríos wound up being enough for Kansas City as the two teams waited out a nearly four-hour rain delay before the contest was finally called. The 33-year-old ironman is up to seven round-trippers on the season already and figures to cross the 30-homer threshold, if he can stay healthy. Rotoworld Thursday, 5:21 pm

    • Monster day at plate
Perez went 3-for-5 with a home run and five RBI in a loss against the Orioles on Saturday.

Advice: Perez got the Royals on the board with a three-run homer off Corbin Burnes in the bottom of the sixth and then singled home another two runs in the seventh, almost single-handedly bringing Kansas City back to within one run of Baltimore. It marked the fourth three-hit game of the season for the veteran catcher and his seventh multi-hit performance overall. He's now batting .359 in April with five homers, 18 RBI and nine runs scored. • Vladimir Guerrero Jr. collects two hits in victory
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored as the Blue Jays triumphed over the Padres on Saturday evening in San Diego.

Advice: The 25-year-old first baseman got things started with a one-out double off of Randy Vasquez in the opening inning on Saturday and then rode home on Daulton Varsho’s three-run bomb. He also singled in the contest. For the season, Guerrero is now hitting .238/.358/.388 to go along with three homers, nine RBI and a 17/14 K/BB ratio over 95 plate appearances. • Salvador Perez homers, drives in five vs. Orioles
Salvador Perez homered and drove in five runs during Saturday’s loss to the Orioles.

Advice: It comes in a losing effort, but it’s another big game for Perez. The 33-year-old took Corbin Burnes deep to get the Royals on the board with his three-run shot in the sixth, and he’s now up to six homers on the season. He also hit a two-run single in the seventh that brought Kansas City to within a run at 8-7, but the Royals didn’t get on the board again. Perez looks fantastic early in the new season, with six homers, 22 RBI and an OPS of .995. Rotoworld Apr 20, 7:19 pm
