    • Collects three RBI
Arenado went 2-for-4 with two doubles and there RBI in Friday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: Arenado gave St. Louis an early lead with a two-run double in the first inning before adding another RBI double in the fifth. Over his previous 13 games, he posted a disappointing .614 OPS with just one multi-hit performance. Friday's game was the first time he drove in multiple runs since April 20. Arenado is slashing .279/.338/.369 with nine extra-base hits and 16 RBI through 32 games. Rotowire.com 41 minutes ago

    • Tanner Bibee struggles in loss to Angels on Friday
Tanner Bibee struggled in a losing effort against the Angels on Friday night, allowing six runs on eight hits over his five innings of work.

Advice: Bibee walked one and struck out four in the contest. The 25-year-old right-hander followed up one of his best starts of the season with an absolute dud against a depleted Angels’ squad on Friday night. The bulk of the damage came via the long ball, with Nolan Schanuel clubbing a solo homer in the third inning and Mickey Moniak adding a three-run blast in the fourth. Bibee generated nine swings and misses on 91 pitches on the night, posting an underwhelming CSW of only 23 percent. He’ll look to get back on track as he carries a 4.46 ERA and 1.38 WHIP into Wednesday’s matchup against the Tigers. Rotoworld Today, 8:33 pm

    • Picks up second save
Adam gave up a run on two hits and struck out one in the ninth inning Friday to record his second save of the season in a 10-8 win over the Mets.

Advice: The right-hander has collected saves in back-to-back appearances, but he's looked a bit shaky both times. Adam served up a solo shot to Brett Baty on Friday before giving up a two-out double to Brandon Nimmo that brought the tying run to the plate. Adam's 1.80 ERA, 0.73 WHIP and 13:4 K:BB through 15 innings on the season remain impressive, but with Pete Fairbanks (forearm) set to begin a rehab assignment next week, he should return to setup duties before long. • Nolan Arenado doubles twice, drives in three
Nolan Arenado drove in all three runs for the Cardinals while doubling twice against the White Sox on Friday.

Advice: Arenado doubled home two runs in the first, and another in the fifth. The 33-year-old has picked up eight two-baggers in the 2024 campaign, and the pair of hits ups his slash to .279/.338/.369. The power really hasn’t shown up for Arenado so far, but a couple of extra-base hits is always nice to see. Rotoworld Today, 7:45 pm

    • Aaron Judge starts key rally against Tigers
Aaron Judge went singled, walked, stole a base and scored a run as the Yankees rallied to beat the Tigers in the ninth inning on Friday night in the Bronx.

Advice: Judge drew a two-out walk in the opening inning and swiped second base, but wound up being stranded there. He then started a key rally in the ninth inning with a leadoff single off of Tigers’ closer Jason Foley then came around to score the tying run on an RBI double off the bat of Giancarlo Stanton. With the 1-for-3 night, the 32-year-old superstar is now hitting .200/.336/.392 with six homers, 18 RBI and a pair of stolen bases. Rotoworld Today, 7:13 pm

    • Jason Adam closes out Mets on Friday night
Jason Adam picked up his second save of the season on Friday night, despite allowing a run in the ninth inning against the Mets.

Advice: The 32-year-old right-hander came on with a three-run lead to protect, but things got a bit tighter as he surrendered a one-out solo homer to Brett Baty. He also allowed a two-out double to Brandon Nimmo that brought the tying run to the plate, but was able to retire Starling Marte on strikes to end it. He has now converted two of his first three save chances while filling in for the injured Pete Fairbanks. His time in the ninth inning is seemingly coming to a close with Fairbanks expected to return on Tuesday. Rotoworld Today, 6:40 pm

    • Bobby Miller (shoulder) throws bullpen on Friday
Bobby Miller (shoulder) threw a successful bullpen session on Friday.

Advice: The 25-year-old hurler will likely repeat the process another time or two before facing live hitters, but he’s trending in the right direction. Dodgers’ manager Dave Roberts noted that Miller should be able to ramp up quickly once he’s ready to face live hitters, so take that for what it’s worth. Rotoworld Today, 5:11 pm

    • Throws off mound
Miller (shoulder) threw a bullpen session Friday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Miller has been on the injured list since April 13 due to inflammation in his right shoulder, and Friday marked his first time throwing off a mound since then. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said he isn't sure how many more bullpen sessions Miller will need to throw before he progresses to facing live hitters, so the 25-year-old righty will likely remain without a clear return timeline until he gets to that point. • Won't make another rehab start
Manager Alex Cora said Friday that Pivetta (elbow) does not need to make another rehab start, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.

Advice: Pivetta surrendered four runs over three-plus innings during his lone rehab start at Triple-A Worcester on Thursday. Despite his subpar performance, the Red Sox will waste no time returning the 31-year-old right-hander to their rotation, which has already been hit hard by injuries this season. Pivetta has given up one earned run across 11 innings through two starts this year, and he appears in line to make his return in Atlanta on Tuesday or Wednesday. Rotowire.com Today, 3:00 pm
