      Advice: Heim got off to a slow start over the first 10 days, but he’s settled in nicely since, batting .296 with four homers and 16 RBI in his last 21 games. The Rangers have occasionally batted him as low as eighth and ninth, but he was in the fifth spot today against a lefty and he could hit a little higher versus righties with Wyatt Langford out.       Ceddanne Rafaela homered and walked Sunday as the Red Sox snapped the Twins’ 12-game winning streak by prevailing 9-2.

      Advice: Rafaela’s homer was 105.2 mph off the bat and was projected at 398 feet. The 23-year-old clearly possesses sufficient pop, but the approach needs work; he’s swinging at everything and just not making hard contact consistently.       Edouard Julien struck out all three times he was up before being replaced Sunday against the Red Sox.

      Advice: Julien had a great stretch towards the end of last month to push his OPS up to .890, but he’s back down to .795 now after going 1-for-18 with 11 strikeouts in his last seven games. He does have six walks during that span, but he hasn’t scored a single run.       Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters Sunday that the team is hopeful that Evan Phillips (hamstring) will only have a minimum stay on the injured list.

      Advice: Phillips was diagnosed with a Grade 1 hamstring strain and placed on the injured list before Sunday’s game against Atlanta. The right-hander will miss at least two weeks, but it doesn’t sound like a (relatively) long-term injury for the 29-year-old closer.       The Dodgers placed Phillips on the 15-day injured list Sunday with a right hamstring strain, Kirsten Watson of Spectrum SportsNet LA reports.

      Advice: The right-hander presumably suffered the injury during Friday's appearance against Atlanta, when he struck out one in a scoreless ninth inning amid a 2-2 tie. Manager Dave Roberts said Phillips' injury is a Grade 1 strain, per David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports, so the absence may not be a lengthy one.       Advice: This is a substantial loss to the Dodgers’ bullpen and for fantasy managers who roster Phillips.
