    • Tigers undecided on when to activate Kenta Maeda
The Tigers have yet to make a decision on whether they’ll activate Kenta Maeda to start this week.

Advice: Maeda allowed one run and struck out six in three-plus innings for Triple-A Toledo in his rehab start Sunday. He’s expected to get another shot in the Detroit rotation, but the Tigers could ask him to make one more rehab start and use Matt Manning again this week. Rotoworld 40 minutes ago

    • Goes three innings in rehab start
Maeda (illness) allowed one run and struck out six over three innings in a rehab start with Triple-A Toledo on Sunday.

Advice: He threw 53 pitches in the outing. Maeda will throw a bullpen session either Tuesday or Wednesday, per Chris McCosky of The Detroit News, and a decision as to whether he'll require another rehab start has not yet been made. It's possible he could rejoin the Tigers' rotation as soon as Friday versus the Blue Jays, but more should be known about his status in the coming days. Rotowire.com 42 minutes ago

    • Triples in two straight
Carroll went 1-for-4 with a triple, a walk and a run scored in Sunday's 6-4 win over Detroit. He was also caught stealing.

Advice: Carroll tripled to lead off the bottom of the first inning and scored the first of two Arizona runs during the frame. It was the second straight game with a triple for Carroll, who finished second in MLB last season with 10 three-baggers. He was moved back to leadoff seven games ago, but it hasn't done much to break Carroll's season-opening slump; he's 4-for-24 with three extra-base hits, five runs and has been caught stealing twice. • Extends, ends streak
Marte went 2-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored in Sunday's 6-4 win over Detroit.

Advice: Marte extended a hit streak to 18 games with a second-inning single. His single two innings later ended another streak: the switch-hitter entered Sunday's contest with exactly one hit in 15 consecutive games. It seems counter-intuitive, but Marte's batting average has actually dropped during the streak, from .307 to .292. It should be noted he's done more than just hit singles during the run; Marte has four doubles, two triples, four home runs, 11 RBI and 10 runs scored over those 18 games. • Keeps mashing Sunday
Henderson went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a stolen base in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Mariners.

Advice: Henderson is on a tear with five homers and seven RBI over his last nine games. His blast Sunday was another leadoff homer against Mariners starter George Kirby. Henderson is leading the majors with 15 long balls to go with seven steals, 31 RBI, 34 runs scored, four doubles, four triples and a .270/.348/.598 slash line over 44 contests. His steal Sunday was his first since April 27. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:25 pm

    • Locks down eighth save
Doval struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Doval extended his scoreless streak to 4.1 innings. He needed 17 pitches (10 strikes) Sunday, but he was able to emerge with his eighth save in as many chances this season. The closer has a 3.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 24:12 K:BB over 18 innings and has also posted a 2-0 record this season. The Giants haven't generated a ton of save opportunities, but Doval has been strong when called upon. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:04 pm
    • Doval locks down eighth save in win over Rockies
Camilo Doval threw a scoreless ninth inning to close out a 4-1 win over the Rockies on Sunday.

Advice: Camilo Doval didn’t allow a hit or a walk while striking out one to earn his eighth save of the season. The right-hander has a 3.00 ERA on the season with 24 strikeouts in 18 innings. He has yet to blow a save on the season, and if the Giants lineup can get healthy and start putting up some runs, he could earn some more saves in the months ahead. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:50 pm
    • Receiving breather Sunday
Moreno is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.

Advice: Moreno started the previous three games and will head to the bench after he went 1-for-8 with two walks and three strikeouts during that stretch. Tucker Barnhart will step in behind the plate to catch for lefty Jordan Montgomery. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:10 pm

    • Justin Turner not in starting lineup Sunday
Justin Turner is out of the starting lineup against the Rays on Sunday.

Advice: Turner will take a seat for the finale against the Rays with Daniel Vogelbach lined up as the designated hitter and hitting fifth. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:02 am
