    Advice: Ramirez didn't run much early in the campaign, but he's gotten back to it with all four of his steals this year coming over the last eight games. He's gone 9-for-32 (.281) in that span while adding nine RBI and four extra-base hits.   • Snags second win
    Barlow (2-2) allowed a hit and a walk while striking out one in a scoreless inning to earn the extra-innings win Saturday over Atlanta.

    Advice: Barlow took care of business in the bottom of the 10th inning, and Cleveland pulled ahead in the 11th. It's a fourth straight scoreless outing for Barlow, who has two wins and two holds in that span.   • Could play in Vegas on Sunday
    Davis (thigh/groin) joined Triple-A Las Vegas on Saturday to partake in baseball activities and is expected to serve as the designated hitter for the Aviators on Sunday, MLB.com reports.

    Advice: Davis has been sidelined since sustaining his injury April 14, but he'd been ramping up physical activity in recent days. Manager Mark Kotsay said Saturday the plan is for Davis to rejoin the Athletics on Monday, at which point it will be determined whether he'll need to play in more rehab games or if he's ready to be activated from the injured list.   • Swats late homer
    Rosario went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Saturday's loss to the Phillies.

    Advice: Rosario's eighth-inning solo shot didn't have much of an impact on the final outcome, but it did end Ranger Suarez's scoreless streak at 32.2 innings. The blast also snapped a 15-game homerless stretch for Rosario, though he often came on as a pinch hitter and thus had just 25 at-bats during that stretch.   • Stellar in second rehab outing
    Woo (elbow) fired 3.1 scoreless innings in a rehab start for Triple-A Tacoma against El Paso on Saturday, allowing two hits and recording six strikeouts.

    Advice: Woo was impressive for the second time in as many rehab starts, locating 31 of his 49 pitches for strikes and keeping his ERA unblemished over 6.1 rehab innings overall. Per MLB.com, Woo threw all five of his pitches and topped out at 95 mph; according to general manager Justin Hollander, the plan is for the young right-hander to make at least one more rehab start with a goal of reaching 85 pitches, after which activation from the injured list would be considered.   • Knocks in four runs Saturday
    Bohm went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and two additional RBI in a 5-1 win against the Padres on Saturday.

    Advice: Bohm got Philadelphia off to a quick start with a two-run homer off Dylan Cease in the first inning. The team didn't score again until the fifth frame, and Bohm added two more RBI in that inning on a two-out single. The third baseman has been arguably the league's hottest hitter of late -- he's on an 11-game hitting streak during which he's gone 22-for-43 (.512 average) with three homers, 16 RBI, 10 runs and a 4:5 BB:K.     Paddack (2-1) earned the win Saturday, allowing four runs on eight hits and one walk over five innings against the Angels. He struck out two. His average fastball declined two mph from his average during the start, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

    Advice: Despite the win, this was a concerning outing for Paddack. The reduced velocity on his fastball is worrisome and he gave up his fifth home run in five starts. After giving up multiple runs in the second and third innings, he did recover to throw two scoreless innings before departing. His next start is lined up to face the Red Sox at home on Friday.   • Alec Bohm drives in four runs with homer vs. Padres
    Alec Bohm homered and drove in four runs in a victory Saturday over the Padres.

    Advice: Bohm got the party started with a two-run homer off a shaky Dylan Cease in the first inning. The 27-year-old added two more RBI with a single off Cease in the fifth to bring his RBI total 26 in 28 games. That number isn’t sustainable, but Bohm is going to get a lot of run-producing changes as long as he’s effective enough to justify hitting in the middle of this loaded Philadelphia lineup.
