    Advice: Joe returned to the lineup after sitting Monday and has started nine of Pittsburgh's 12 games in May. He's hit .294 with three home runs, seven runs scored and seven RBI in that span, and he lifted his sixth long ball of the season Monday.     Advice: Joe isn't quite an everyday player for the Pirates, but he's been one of the more productive hitters in a struggling lineup this season and is gradually starting to earn steadier playing time versus right-handed pitching. He'll take a seat against Brewers righty Colin Rea in the series opener in Milwaukee, however, as the Pirates trot out a starting outfield of Bryan Reynolds, Michael Taylor and Jack Suwinski from left to right.     Advice: Wade has gotten on base in his last 13 games, going 11-for-34 with a 13:10 BB:K in that span. While he's been an on-base machine this season, he's struggled to hit for power -- his homer Sunday was his second of the year, and he's added just five doubles over 40 contests. Wade is slashing .340/.480/.457 with 14 RBI, 14 runs scored and one stolen base over 123 plate appearances. He's just shy of being a qualified hitter due to beginning the year in a strong-side platoon role, but he's seen more opportunities versus southpaws since Jorge Soler (shoulder) went on the injured list Wednesday.     LaMonte Wade Jr. hit a two-run homer and walked twice Sunday as the Giants bested the Reds 6-5 in 10 innings.

    Advice: One of the walks was his first intentional pass of the season. The MLB OBP leader at .480, Wade now has two homers in 123 plate appearances. Because of his performance and the fact that the Giants are really banged up, he made his first two starts of the year against lefties on Friday and Saturday.   • Connor Joe has two hits, HR in loss to Cubs
    Connor Joe went 2-for-4 with a home run and a double in a loss to the Cubs on Sunday.

    Advice: Joe had a big 10th-inning home run off Adbert Alzolay that left the bat at 109.4 mph and brought the Pirates to within one. He also had a 102 mph double earlier in the game and has been seeing the ball well. He also made five starts for the Pirates this week and has been starting to play more regularly, which would be huge for his fantasy value.     Advice: Joe lifted a three-run home run in the third inning, his fourth long ball of the campaign. He's hit well overall this season, which has helped him move from a short-side platoon role to a role as a near-everyday player.
