• Christian Yelich delivers go-ahead hit vs. Marlins
Christian Yelich delivered a go-ahead two-run triple in the eighth inning on Tuesday, lifting the Brewers to a 7-5 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Yelich came through in the clutch against his former organization by victimizing Marlins lefty A.J. Puk with a two-out triple to right field that put Milwaukee ahead for good in a back-and-forth slugfest. The 32-year-old outfielder is batting .321 (26-for-81) with five homers and six steals through 22 contests. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:57 pm
  • Luis Matos batting third on Tuesday vs. Pirates
Luis Matos is batting third on Tuesday against the Pirates.

Advice: Giants manager Bob Melvin has bumped a sizzling-hot Matos up to the heart of the order for the first time this season. The 22-year-old former top prospect has batted a sublime .385 (10-for-26) with two homers and a staggering 16 RBI in seven contests since returning to the majors back on May 12. He’s absolutely worthy of a speculative roster spot in all fantasy formats, despite some lackluster underlying quality of contact metrics. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:01 pm
  • Homers in each game of twin bill
Ozuna went 3-for-7 with two solo homers, an additional run, a double and a walk across both games of Monday's doubleheader versus the Padres.

Advice: Ozuna came into Monday without a homer over his past eight contests, but he snapped that drought with a solo shot in each game of the doubleheader. The slugger simultaneously extended his hitting streak to 13 games, during which he's batting an even .400 with five long balls, three doubles and 11 RBI. Ozuna ranks third in MLB with 14 homers on the campaign. Rotowire.com Monday, 11:13 pm

  • Swipes two bags
Yelich went 0-for-3 with two walks, two steals and a run scored in Monday's loss to Miami.

Advice: Yelich stole his fifth and sixth bases of the season in the sixth inning. First, the Brewers outfielder stole second before catching starter Ryan Weathers off guard on a throw back from his catcher, taking the opportunity to swipe home. Overall, Yelich is slashing .321/.398/.564 in 89 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Monday, 7:14 pm
  • Christian Yelich steals two bases Monday in loss
Christian Yelich walked twice and stole two bases on Monday in the Brewers’ extra-inning loss to the Marlins.

Advice: Yelich walked and stole second base in the sixth inning before making a daring heads-up decision to steal home on Marlins starter Ryan Weathers later in the frame. It was his first multi-steal performance since back on Opening Day and just the 16th time he’s accomplished the feat in his career. Rotoworld Monday, 7:04 pm
  • Ozuna homers again in nightcap
Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-3 with a double, a home run, a walk and two runs scored against the Padres on Wednesday.

Advice: Ozuna continues his monster season with his 14th home run of the year in the second game of the doubleheader. Only Gunnar Henderson and Kyle Tucker have more home runs this year. Ozuna hit 40 home runs last year and didn’t hit his 14th home run last year until June 22nd. His average is up to .327 and he has a 1.047 OPS this year.

  • Marcell Ozuna doubles in loss to Padres
Marcell Ozuna went 1-for-3 with a double as the Braves were dominated by Yu Darvish and the Padres on Sunday evening in Atlanta.

Advice: Ozuna smacked a two-out double off of Darvish in the opening inning, but he never advanced past second base. No other Braves’ hitter would touch second base the remainder of the night against Darvish. Ozuna continues to power the Braves’ offense this season — slashing a robust .325/.400/.610 with 12 homers and 41 RBI through his first 42 ballgames. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:04 pm

  • Extends hitting streak Saturday
Rodriguez went 2-for-5 with a run in a win over the Orioles on Saturday, extending his hitting streak to six games.

Advice: Much like his season as a whole, Rodriguez's night was a bit of a mixed bag, as he also struck out in his other three plate appearances. Nevertheless, the talented outfielder now boasts a .417 average (10-for-24) during his aforementioned six-game streak, although eight of those hits have been singles. Rodriguez's .269 season average is solid enough, but both his .318 on-base percentage and .330 slugging percentage are notably behind his career norms. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:36 am
  • Julio Rodríguez collects two hits in win over O’s
Julio Rodríguez went 2-for-4 and scored a run as the Mariners rallied to beat the Orioles on Saturday evening in Baltimore.

Advice: Rodríguez got the Mariners’ first hit on the day by hustling out an infield single off of Grayson Rodriguez in the sixth inning. He then reached on another infield knock to start the eighth inning, and wound up scoring the go-ahead run on an RBI double by Cal Raleigh. The 23-year-old superstar’s bat has shown signs of life this week, but he’s still hitting a disappointing .271/.320/.331 with only two homers, 13 RBI and nine stolen bases on the season.
