After starting the season batting .153 with two runs scored in his first 20 games, Castellanos has started to turn the corner, scoring nine times with a .262 batting average since.     Estevez (0-1) blew the save and took the loss Tuesday, allowing three runs on three hits with two strikeouts over two-thirds of an inning against Philadelphia.

    Advice: Each of the three hits against Estevez went for extra bases, with Nick Castellanos hitting a solo homer and Johan Rojas bringing in Bryson Stott -- who reached on a ground-rule double -- on a two-run homer to give the Phillies the lead. Estevez has now surrendered one or more runs in three of his last four appearances, a stretch that ballooned his ERA from 0.00 to 6.23 and resulted in a pair of blown saves.     Advice: Anderson secured his fourth quality start of the campaign Tuesday and logged at least six K's for a second consecutive outing. All of the damage against Anderson came in the second inning when Kyle Schwarber launched a three-run homer.     Lawrence was tagged with a blown save in Tuesday's loss to the Marlins, allowing two runs on two hits and a walk in one-third of an inning.

    Advice: After Ryan Feltner allowed the first three Marlins to reach in the ninth, Lawrence would be called upon to protect a 5-1 lead with runners on second and third. The right-hander ultimately recorded just one out, allowing Miami to tie the game 5-5 in his first blown save this season. Lawrence had allowed just one unearned run in his previous five outings, earning saves in his previous two appearances. His ERA is now up to an ugly 7.20 with a 1.80 WHIP and 10:5 K:BB through 10 innings this season. Despite his struggles, Lawrence is still likely the top ninth-inning option in Colorado, though he's unlikely to see a high volume of save chances on a Rockies team that's now 7-22 on the year.     Turnbull didn't factor into the decision Tuesday, allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits and no walks over 5.1 innings against the Angels. He struck out six.

    Advice: The only run charged against Turnbull came in the third inning when Zach Neto tagged him for a solo homer. The 31-year-old hasn't allowed more than four hits in a game this season and with the Phillies expected to trim their six-man rotation back to five now that Taijuan Walker is healthy, Turnbull has certainly made a case for maintaining a starting role. However, after dealing with severe injuries in 2022 and 2023, the Phillies could look to watch his workload early in hopes of keeping him fresh throughout the long season. If Turnbull sticks in the rotation, he'd likely toe the rubber early next week, either catching the series finale against the Giants or the series opener against Toronto.
