    • Ryan Pepiot undone by HRs against Atlanta
Ryan Pepiot allowed five runs on six hits in 4 2/3 innings against the Braves on Saturday.

Advice: Pepiot allowed seven hard-hit baseballs on the day and three home runs which accounted for seven runs. The right-hander did produce a 26 percent whiff rate and 26 percent CSW which helped him strike out four. However, he also walked three in what was an uneven effort overall. His first season in Tampa has not gone as smoothly as hoped. While he has flashed upside, he also has a 4.57 ERA but he has a good chance to turn that around next week against the Pirates. • Homers, drives in three in win
Meneses went 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI in a 4-0 win over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Meneses opened the scoring with a sacrifice fly in the first inning then hit a two-run home run in the eighth. Meneses has enjoyed a modest five-game hit streak in which he has gone 7-for-15 with a homer and six RBI. Meneses had been losing out on playing time recently but is making the most of his opportunities since Joey Gallo (hamstring) hit the injured-list Wednesday. On the season, Meneses is slashing .244/.305/.332 with three home runs and 36 RBI over 243 plate appearances. Rotowire.com 10 minutes ago

    • JD Mart homers twice in win over Padres
J.D. Martinez went 3-for-3 with two home runs and three RBI in a 5-1 win over the Padres on Saturday.

Advice: Martinez hit his first home run 391 feet off of Jhony Brito in the fourth inning and then followed that up with a 382-foot shot in the seventh. He now has eight home runs and 26 RBI in 43 games for the Mets so far this season. Given his regular playing time and spot in the middle of the Mets’ order, Martinez carries consistent fantasy value even in his age 36 season. Rotoworld 13 minutes ago

    • Brandon Nimmo has two hits, two RBI in win
Brandon Nimmo went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI in a win over the Padres.

Advice: Nimmo got the scoring going with an RBI double in the fourth inning and then tacked on an extra run with an RBI single in the eighth. It’s been a tough year for the 31-year-old, but he has two hits in each of the two games against the Padres, so perhaps he can turn it into a much better summer. Rotoworld 19 minutes ago

    • Homers again in win
Thomas went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs scored in a 4-0 win over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Thomas doubled and scored a run in the first inning then added a solo home run in the third. The home run was Thomas' second in as many days, and he now has a nine-game hit streak dating back to June 6. Since returning from a knee injury on May 27, Thomas is hitting .301 with four home runs and five stolen bases in 73 at-bats. Rotowire.com 20 minutes ago

    • Jackson Merrill power binge continues in loss
Jackson Merrill went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to the Mets on Saturday.

Advice: Merrill launched a 411-foot blast against Jose Quintana for his seventh home run of the season. The rookie now has four home runs in his last three games. All of them have also been solo shots. Merrill was billed as primarily a batting average asset who wouldn’t provide much power, so it’s nice to see him starting to show some pop. Even pushing 15-20 home runs in a season would be a big boost to his fantasy value. Rotoworld 24 minutes ago

    • Completes seven innings in loss
Rogers (1-8) took the loss to the Nationals on Saturday, allowing two runs on six hits and no walks with three strikeouts over seven innings.

Advice: Rogers allowed runs on a sacrifice fly by Joey Meneses in the first inning and a solo homer run by Lane Thomas in the third. Rogers logged his best outing of the season but was simply outdueled by rookie DJ Herz, who posted six scoreless innings with 13 strikeouts. Rogers had walked four batters in back-to-back contests, so his command Saturday was certainly a positive. He now owns a 5.09 ERA, 1.62 WHIP and 55:31 K:BB on the season and tentatively lines up to face the Mariners next week. Rotowire.com 31 minutes ago

    • José Quintana spins gem against Padres
José Quintana allowed one run on two hits in six innings in a win over the Padres on Saturday.

Advice: Both of Quintana’s hits allowed were for extra bases, but he was able to avoid damage apart from the solo home run to Jackson Merrill. The left-hander induced eight whiffs on 31 swings for a 26 percent whiff rate and 30 percent CSW. The Padres only had an average exit velocity on contact of 85 mph, as Quintana kept them off the barrel all day. He now has a 4.98 ERA and is not a recommended start next week against the Cubs. • Crosses plate twice in win
Springer went 1-for-3 with a walk, two runs scored and an RBI in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Guardians.

Advice: It's the first time since May 29 that Springer has scored multiple runs. Consistent success at the plate continues to elude the veteran outfielder -- he's batting just .156 (7-for-45) in June with one homer, one steal, three RBI and six runs over 13 games. Rotowire.com 34 minutes ago
