    Advice: The 26-year-old took Quinn Priester deep in the third inning, extending an impressive stretch that has seen Nevin record four straight multi-hit performances as part of a nine-game hitting streak. He's left the yard four times during the heater, accounting for all of his homers on the season, and since joining Oakland at the beginning of April he's slashed .325/.375/.500 in 88 plate appearances with 10 runs and 10 RBI. Nevin posted consistently solid numbers in the minors but never got much of an opportunity in Baltimore, and he stumbled with Detroit in 2023. Nevin has a nice .301/.350/.452 line in 80 plate appearances for the A’s, but the exit velocity numbers aren’t really there to back it up and he might find himself out of favor once the A’s get healthier; it’s doubtful he would have been claimed in the first place if not for Miguel Andujar’s injury.     Advice: Nevin proved key to the Athletics' late-game rally with his seventh-inning solo shot, inching Oakland to within a run at the time. It was Nevin's second time leaving the yard in his last four games, and he extended his hitting streak to six games in the process.     Advice: The A’s were roundly criticized for deciding to play Nevin over Esteury Ruiz; however, Nevin is hitting .286/.342/.400 during his time in Oakland with two home runs and six RBI. His homer was a no-doubter, leaving the bat at 105.7 mph and traveling 407 feet. He’s hitting near the top of the A’s lineup and should be added in AL-only leagues while he’s swinging the bat like this. He can be left on the wire in most other formats for now.     Advice: Ramirez didn't run much early in the campaign, but he's gotten back to it with all four of his steals this year coming over the last eight games. He's gone 9-for-32 (.281) in that span while adding nine RBI and four extra-base hits.
