      Advice: Lindor was feeling sick ahead of the third inning and was replaced at shortstop by Joey Wendle, who could be in line to start Thursday's series finale if Lindor isn't feeling better by then. He collected three hits in the 11-6 win, including a double and another homer, his seventh of the season.       Riley Greene went 3-for-5 with a solo homer and two RBI to lead the Tigers to an 11-6 win over the Cardinals in the second game of Tuesday’s doubleheader.

      Advice: Greene homered in both games of Tuesday’s twin bill at Comerica Park and is now up to seven round-trippers on the season.
