    • Six-game hitting streak
Paredes went 2-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored Tuesday against the Marlins.

Advice: Paredes delivered a two-RBI single in the fifth inning and came around to score in the same frame. He extended his hitting streak to six games with the performance, driving in five and scoring four runs in that span. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:47 pm

    • Dealing with back injury
Munoz has been dealing with a lower-back injury over the past few weeks and aggravated it during his collision with Max Schuemann on Tuesday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Advice: The initial concern following Munoz's removal from Tuesday's game was with his right ankle/leg, which seemed to get pinned underneath Schuemann, but the issue now appears to be with the closer's lingering back problems. Manager Scott Servais said Munoz will head in for an MRI on Wednesday to determine the severity of his latest flareup, at which point the Mariners will likely make a decision on whether or not the 25-year-old righty will require a trip to the IL. Should Munoz have to miss time, Ryne Stanek would be the most likely candidate for saves. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:04 pm

    • Andrés Muñoz to undergo MRI on back
The Mariners said Andrés Muñoz has been dealing with a back issue that flared up during the home plate collision during Tuesday’s game, necessitating Muñoz’s removal from the game.

Advice: Apparently, this has been ongoing for a couple of weeks, but this is the first time the Mariners have expressed concern. He’s expected to undergo an MRI on Wednesday to see if there’s something significant going on in there. Ryne Stanek is probably worth picking up for mixed leaguers in need of saves. • Settles in for fifth win
Pepiot (4-2) earned the win over the Marlins on Tuesday, allowing three runs on six hits over six innings. He struck out eight.

Advice: Pepiot got off to an ugly start Tuesday, allowing three runs in the opening frame. However, he'd proceed to blank Miami over his final five frames while allowing just one additional hit while the Rays rallied for a 9-5 victory. The 26-year-old Pepiot now has 15 strikeouts over his last two starts (11.2 innings). His ERA sits at 3.96 on the season with a 0.96 WHIP and 59:16 K:BB across 10 outings (52.1 innings). Pepiot is currently in line for a home matchup with Baltimore early next week in his next start. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:50 pm

    • Exits following collision
Munoz was removed from Tuesday's game against the Athletics with an apparent injury, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Munoz collided with Max Schuemann while covering home plate following a wild pitch, appearing to get his right ankle/leg caught underneath the sliding Schuemann. After throwing a warmup pitch, the right-handed reliever was taken out of the game, though he was able to head into the Mariners' clubhouse under his own power. An update on the severity of Munoz's injury should come before Wednesday's game. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:33 pm

    • Andrés Muñoz exits with apparent leg injury
Andrés Muñoz left Tuesday’s game in the ninth inning after a collision at home plate.

Advice: Muñoz appeared to injure his right leg while trying to make a play after a wild pitch. He felt well enough to attempt a warmup pitch afterwards, but he didn’t fully extend on the leg and the decision was made to lift him from the game. Hopefully, this will just be a day-to-day injury. Tayler Saucedo wound up with the save after Muñoz exited tonight, but Ryne Stanek would be the favorite for saves if Muñoz lands on the IL. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:30 pm

    • Powers team to win
Morel went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Morel launched his 11th home run of the season and second in the last five games in the sixth inning to spark the Cubs' comeback victory. The 24-year-old has been a bit all or nothing this year, as he's batting just .201; however, his power potential alone should keep him in Chicago's lineup most days and gives him fantasy upside, which he flashed last season with 26 long balls in only 388 at-bats. • Snares another win
Burnes (6-2) picked up the win Tuesday against Toronto, allowing one run on four hits and one walk across seven innings. He struck out five.

Advice: The lone run against Burnes came on a George Springer solo homer in the seventh frame. Burnes hasn't allowed more than three runs in a start this season and has logged eight straight quality starts. On the year, Burnes owns a 2.25 ERA with 76 strikeouts across 79.2 innings and is tied for the league lead in quality starts. Burnes is scheduled for a road start against the Rays on Sunday. • Morel hits 11th homer of season vs. White Sox
Christopher Morel went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s win over the White Sox.

Advice: Morel hit his 11th home run of the season in the sixth inning off White Sox reliever Justin Anderson. After putting Cody Bellinger on first via a hit-by-pitch, Anderson hung a breaking ball to Morel, who blasted it 423 feet to deep left-center while cutting the White Sox’s lead to 5-3. In typical feast-or-famine fashion, Morel is now hitting .201 on the year with 16 extra-base hits and 37 RBI. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:28 pm
