      Gunnar Henderson crushed a leadoff homer, tripled and drove in a pair of runs on Friday night, powering the Orioles to a lopsided 9-2 victory over the visiting Mariners.

      Advice: Henderson got the home half of the first inning started with a bang, clobbering the second pitch thrown by Bryce Miller for a 402-foot (101.3 mph EV) solo shot — his league-leading 13th of the season. The 22-year-old superstar also drove in Jorge Mateo with a run-scoring triple in the seventh inning, then scored on an RBI double off the bat of Adley Rutschman.       Eddie Rosario went 1-for-4 with an RBI double on Friday night as the Nationals fell to the Phillies in Philadelphia.

      Advice: The Nationals had nobody on base with two outs in the fifth inning, when C.J. Abrams and Rosario hit back-to-back doubles off of Zack Wheeler to produce a run and pull the Nats to within two runs at 4-2. That would be as close as they would get. While Rosario has been productive this season from a fantasy perspective — with five homers and six stolen bases — he is still hitting a pitiful .179/.248/.369 through 106 at-bats on the season.       Corbin Carroll is back in the Diamondbacks lineup, batting second against the Tigers on Friday.

      Advice: Carroll came off the bench and pinch ran and scored a run on Wednesday. Fantasy managers have to be frustrated with Carroll’s production so far this season as he’s hitting just .193 with a .539 OPS.       Diaz went 1-for-4 with a double, three RBI and a run scored Thursday against the Athletics.

      Advice: Diaz has hit well for average this season, but he has struggled to find much power as he has just a .119 ISO. He's started to show more pop of late, tallying three of his eight doubles on the campaign in his last nine games.       Javier (3-1) earned the win over the Athletics on Wednesday, pitching six shutout innings while allowing two hits and one walk. He struck out eight.

      Advice: Javier came out firing Thursday, striking out five of the first eight batters he faced before finishing with a season-high eight punchouts on the night. The right-hander threw first-pitch strikes to only nine of the 21 batters he faced, but he also produced 15 whiffs as he cruised to his third win of the season. It was a nice return to form for Javier, who was shelled for seven runs in his first start after returning from the injured list a week ago.       Jones (3-4) picked up the win over the Cubs on Thursday, allowing three runs on seven hits while striking out seven over six innings.

      Advice: Jones allowed hits in four of his six innings of work, including a solo homer off the bat of Ian Happ to lead off the second. However, the right-hander still managed to log his third consecutive quality start while also posting at least seven strikeouts for the seventh time in nine outings this season. Jones produced 15 swings and misses on the night, though his seven hits allowed marked a season high. He's won just two of his last six decisions despite carrying a 2.89 ERA on the campaign.       Advice: It was a quiet night for the Oakland offense. Gelof recorded his first hit and RBI in his third game since returning from the IL.       Yainer Diaz went 1-for-4 with a double, 3 RBI and a run scored against the Athletics on Thursday.

      Advice: Diaz opened the scoring with a bases-clearing double in the third inning off Joey Estes and the route was on from there. He hit 23 home runs in 104 games last year, but his power is noticeably down this year. His .119 ISO is well below his .256 ISO from last year. Diaz doesn’t walk often, but has cut his strikeout percentage to 13 percent so far this year.       Cristian Javier struck out eight in six shutout innings and picked up the win in the Astros’ 8-1 victory over the Athletics on Thursday.
