    • Headed for MRI
Hoskins will undergo an MRI on his hamstring Tuesday morning, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Advice: Hoskins left Monday's series opener with a hamstring injury, but the severity of the issue remains unclear. Milwaukee should have a better idea of his availability going forward after reviewing Hoskins' test results. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:09 pm

    • Rhys Hoskins to undergo MRI on hamstring
Rhys Hoskins said a hamstring injury caused him to leave Monday’s game and that he’ll have an MRI on Tuesday morning.

Advice: Not good. One imagines the Brewers will bring Tyler Black back to the majors now. He was short-changed in his first opportunity, and he might well be a fine replacement for Hoskins. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:09 pm

    • Rhys Hoskins exits game with leg injury
Rhys Hoskins left Monday’s game in the second inning with an apparent leg injury.

Advice: Hoskins was hurt running to first base on a single. He was able to walk off the field without much trouble, so hopefully that’s a good sign. Hoskins missed all of last year with a torn ACL in his left knee. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:23 pm

    • Lifted early vs. Pirates
Hoskins left Monday's game against Pittsburgh after suffering a hamstring injury, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Advice: Hoskins appeared to tweak something in the bottom of the second inning after singling to right field, and he was immediately removed from the matchup. He's headed to the clubhouse for further evaluation and will be considered day-to-day until more information comes to light. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:17 pm

    • Goes deep in win
Fry went 1-for-2 with a two-run homer, two runs scored and two walks in Sunday's 7-0 win over the White Sox.

Through 27 games, Fry is slashing .309/.437/.515 with three home runs and 14 runs scored. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:47 pm

    • David Fry hits two-run homer, reaches three times
David Fry hit a two-run homer and walked twice Sunday against the White Sox.

Advice: The Guardians barely played Fry against righties during the season’s first five weeks, but this is the third time in the last four such games that he’s been included in the lineup and his homer today came off a righty in Mike Soroka. He should be a top-15 fantasy catcher if the Guardians keep using him like this. Rotoworld Sunday, 2:12 pm

    • Rhys Hoskins swats go-ahead homer vs. Cardinals
Rhys Hoskins connected for a go-ahead three-run homer on Saturday, lifting the Brewers to a 5-3 comeback win over the Cardinals.

Advice: Hoskins lifted a 407-foot shot to right-center field — his ninth big fly of the season — off Cardinals veteran reliever Andrew Kittredge in the seventh inning to put Milwaukee ahead for good in a low-scoring showdown. The 31-year-old slugger has started to really heat up recently, going deep three times over his last four games. Rotoworld Sunday, 3:34 am

    • Four hits in comeback win
Guerrero went 4-for-5 with a run scored, three RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 10-8 win over the Twins.

Advice: The first baseman banged out singles in each of his first four plate appearances, with the last one bringing home two runs in the sixth inning to tie the game at 8-8 after the Blue Jays had fallen behind 7-1 in the top of the third. Guerrero has four multi-hit performances in the last five games, a stretch in which he's gone 11-for-21 (.524) with a homer and eight RBI. The surge has boosted his slash line on the season to .272/.360/.391, as he continues to look for his power stroke. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:47 pm
    • Pops homer in win
Hoskins went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Cardinals.

Advice: Hoskins' blast came in the seventh inning off reliever Andrew Kittredge, and it put the Brewers ahead for good. Over the last four games, Hoskins is 5-for-15 with three homers and eight RBI. The first baseman's surge has him up to nine long balls, 26 RBI, 17 runs scored, a stolen base and a .233/.338/.481 slash line through 36 contests overall. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:15 pm
