      Phillies manager Rob Thomson said Realmuto (knee) did some work on the field and in the batting cage pregame Tuesday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

      Advice: Thomson noted that Realmuto's right knee is feeling better, but the skipper was not ready to commit to the catcher returning to the lineup Wednesday.       J.T. Realmuto (knee) is not in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Mets.

      Advice: Realmuto is missing another game while dealing with soreness in his right knee. Phillies manager Rob Thomson told reporters before the game that Realmuto was able to workout and hit in the cage prior to the game, but it’s not known if he will be able to play Wednesday. Rosario has found a regular role as the top utility man for Tampa, batting .296 with a .312 on-base percentage, six doubles, three triples, two homers, 18 RBI, 12 runs and five stolen bases over 138 plate appearances.
