    Advice: Webb struck out Aaron Judge for the final out in the eighth inning before setting the Yankees down in order in the ninth, earning his first save this season. While the 30-year-old Webb was impressive against the heart of New York's batting order, he isn't likely to see many save chances going forward in Baltimore -- Craig Kimbrel (back) and Yennier Cano were both likely unavailable Tuesday.     Kremer (2-2) earned the win Tuesday against the Yankees, allowing two runs on four hits and four walks over seven innings. He struck out two.

    Advice: After going 0-2 with a 4.91 ERA in his first two starts this year, Kremer's now won back-to-back outings, allowing four runs over 12.1 innings in that span. The home-run ball continues to hurt Kremer -- he's allowed eight homers so far this year, tied for third-most in the league. Still, he's managed to post a respectable 4.19 ERA with a 1.08 WHIP and 31:10 K:BB over six starts (34.1 innings). The hope for the Dodgers, and fantasy managers, is that the hard-throwing 29-year-old righty will be ready to make his season debut at some point next week, depending on how he comes out of this likely final rehab outing.     Alek Manoah (shoulder) recorded 12 strikeouts and allowed one run over six innings on Tuesday in a minor league rehab start for Triple-A Buffalo.

    Advice: With a spot in Toronto’s starting rotation seemingly up for grabs with Yariel Rodríguez (back) landing on the injured list on Tuesday evening, Manoah turned in his best outing in recent memory, allowing just four baserunners over six impressive frames. His fastball velocity was back up into the mid-90’s and he generated 19 swinging strikes, including 13 on his slider alone, finishing with an elite 45 percent CSW.   • Paul Skenes twirls six shutout frames at Triple-A
    Pirates RHP prospect Paul Skenes struck out seven over six shutout innings on Tuesday for Triple-A Indianapolis.

    Advice: Skenes touched triple digits 13 times, averaging 99.8 mph on his four-seam fastball, and needed just 75 pitches (53 strikes) to complete six frames for the first time in his professional career. He generated 11 swinging strikes and finished with a 31 percent CSW, allowing only five baserunners over six dominant innings. We’re not sure what else Pittsburgh’s front office needs to see at this juncture.
