Duran went 1-for-4 with a walk, triple and two RBI in Sunday's 5-4 win over the Cubs.

Advice: Duran tripled in two runs in the sixth inning then drew a leadoff walk in the bottom of the ninth before scoring the winning run on Tyler O'Neill's walk-off single. Duran has started all 29 games thus far, including 27 of them as the team's leadoff batter. He's second on the Red Sox with 17 runs and leads the club in triples with three. Because of Ceddanne Rafaela moving from center field to shortstop, Duran is locked in as Boston's starting center fielder. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:47 am

    • Jarren Duran plates two as Red Sox defeat Cubs
Jarren Duran went 1-for-4 with a pair of RBI and a run scored as the Red Sox walked off the Cubs on Sunday night in Boston.

Advice: Duran delivered a big pair of insurance runs in the sixth inning with a two-out, two-run triple off of Yency Almonte. He also worked a walk off of Mark Leiter Jr. to begin the ninth inning, then scored the game-winning run on Tyler O’Neill’s walk-off single. On the season, the speedy 27-year-old outfielder is now hitting .252/.321/.374 with a homer, 13 RBI and eight stolen bases through his first 29 games. Rotoworld Sunday, 6:58 pm

    • Launches two massive homers
Alvarez went 3-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI during Saturday's 12-4 win against the Rockies.

Advice: The Houston slugger busted out of a 5-for-25 slump Saturday with two homers that each went 461 feet. Alvarez is off to a bit of a slow start in 2024 with what would be a career-worst .867 OPS, but he's still been plenty productive with seven homers, 17 RBI and 18 runs through 27 games. • Swipes home in win
Kwan went 2-for-5 with two runs and a stolen base Saturday in an extra-inning victory versus Atlanta.

Advice: Kwan's speed was on display throughout the contest, as neither of his base knocks left the infield and he crossed the plate on a steal of home in the eighth inning. The third-year outfielder had had an impressive beginning to the campaign, notching at least one hit in 17 of his 26 contests. He's slashing .345/.378/.469 with three homers, eight RBI, 25 runs and three thefts through 119 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Saturday, 11:13 pm

    • Yordan Alvarez homers twice as Astros top Rockies
Yordan Alvarez crushed a pair of home runs and drove in three as the Astros walloped the Rockies 12-4 in Mexico City on Saturday night.

Advice: The 26-year-old slugger victimized Rockies’ right-hander Cal Quantrill in the third inning, demolishing a 461-foot (108.8 mph EV) two-run shot that gave the Astros a 3-2 lead that they would never relinquish. He also tacked on a 461-foot (113.0 mph) solo shot off of Tyler Kinley in the ninth inning. Alvarez finished the night 3-for-5 and is now hitting .283/.358/.509 to go along with seven homers and 17 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Saturday, 7:34 pm

    • Steals eighth bag
Betts went 3-for-5 with a triple, a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: The 31-year-old extended his current hitting streak to seven games with his fourth straight multi-hit performance, and he also swiped a bag for the third straight contest. Betts is having a monster start to the season, slashing .391/.489/.661 through 115 plate appearances with six homers, eight steals, 23 RBI and 29 runs, and while it's early, he's firmly on pace for the second 30-30 campaign of his career. • Mookie Betts collects three hits against Blue Jays
Mookie Betts went 3-for-5 with a triple, a run scored, an RBI, and a stolen base on Saturday to lead the Dodgers to a 4-2 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Betts opened the game with a triple off Yusei Kikuchi and scored the first run of the game on a sacrifice fly. He later drove in a run with a base hit in the fourth. Betts added a single in the ninth and stole second for his eighth steal of the season. The 31-year-old star is slashing an incredible .391/.489/.661 with six homers, 29 runs scored, and 23 RBI across 137 plate appearances. Rotoworld Saturday, 3:05 pm

    • Pops third homer
Kwan went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-2 loss to Atlanta.

Advice: He led off the game by ripping a Chris Sale sinker down the right-field line, but not much else went right for the Guardians on the night. Kwan managed only 11 homers total in his first two big-league seasons, but the 26-year-old already has three in 25 games to begin 2024. He's still making plenty of contact, too, sitting third in the AL in batting average at .343, just behind Jose Altuve (.346) and Salvador Perez (.344). Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:33 am

    • Hits seventh homer
Soto went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk during Friday's loss against the Brewers.

Advice: Soto went deep against Colin Rea in the first inning to put the Yankees ahead early, but he was unable to score the other two times he reached base Friday, as the Yankees fell short in extra innings. The 25-year-old outfielder has now homered twice in his last three contests and has driven in 23 RBI in just 27 games -- further proof that he is one of the most lethal hitters in the big leagues.
