      Vaughn Grissom is not in the Red Sox lineup on Monday.

      Advice: David Hamilton will play second base with Ceddanne Rafaela at shortstop. Grissom is off to a rough start to the year, but he’s played in just 13 games after losing 14 pounds while battling the flu.       Advice: Bogaerts dove for a ball and came up grabbing his shoulder. While there is no immediate information on the extent of the injury, Bogaerts was removed from the game and was in clear pain. It was a play reminiscent of the one that injured Trevor Story earlier in the year.       Advice: Bogaerts landed awkwardly while making a diving stop at second base in the third inning and looked to be in considerable pain immediately.
