      Advice: Ohtani jumped on a hanging slider from Zach Plesac in the third inning and launched it 459 feet into the stands in right-center field for his 23rd home run of the season. The superstar slugger has now homered in three consecutive games and has collected at least one RBI in seven straight.       Merrill went 3-for-3 with a three-run homer and a walk in Saturday's win over Milwaukee.

      Advice: Merrill singled in his first at-bat before crushing a three-run shot off Carlos Rodriguez in the fourth to put San Diego on the board. The shortstop would reach four times on the night and has now recorded multiple hits in three of his last four games.       Advice: Ohtani connected for his 23rd round-tripper of the season in the fourth inning of Saturday’s Freeway Series finale against his former organization, launching a gargantuan 459-foot two-run moonshot to right-center field off Angels starter Zach Plesac as part of the Dodgers’ four-run explosion in the frame. The 29-year-old fantasy superstar homered in both games of the two-game set at Dodger Stadium and has gone deep a staggering six times over his last seven contests since June 16. Unreal.       De La Cruz went 3-for-5 with a solo home run in a loss to the Red Sox on Saturday.

      Advice: De La Cruz gave Cincinnati a 3-0 lead with his third-inning solo shot, but that turned out to be the final run the Reds scored in the game. The star shortstop came into the contest 0-for-10 with five strikeouts over his previous three contests, so the three-hit effort was a nice way to get back on track.       Jackson Merrill went 3-for-3, drew a walk and clobbered a three-run homer on Saturday, powering the Padres to a 6-4 victory over the Brewers in San Diego.

      Advice: Merrill smacked a one-out single off of Carlos Rodriguez in the second inning, but was ultimately stranded at third base. The 21-year-old outfielder then broke a scoreless tie with his mammoth 440-foot (105.9 mph EV) three-run blast to center field in the fourth inning. He also singled in the sixth.       Jazz Chisholm Jr. was removed from Saturday’s game against the Mariners due to tightness in his right biceps.

      Advice: The 26-year-old outfielder had been 1-for-2 with a single and a strikeout when Vidal Brujan surprisingly hit for him in the sixth inning. The severity of the injury is not yet known, so be sure to check his status on Sunday.
