    Advice: Brazoban landed on the restricted list prior to Opening Day due to visa issues, which have evidently been resolved. Though he's now back on the Marlins' 40-man roster, it's unclear when the reliever might be ready to join the 26-man active roster.     Montero went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and a walk Thursday against the Padres.

    Advice: Montero went 6-for-22 across a six-game homestand, though all but one of those hits was a single. His lone extra-base knock came Thursday, which also marked the first home run of his season.     DeLuca (hand) began a rehab assignment with Triple-A Durham on Thursday, going 0-for-4 with an RBI while playing nine innings in right field in a 14-2 loss to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

    Advice: The 25-year-old outfielder played in his first game since he fractured his right hand in a spring training contest March 10.     Darvish (neck) threw a bullpen session Wednesday, MLB.com reports.

    Advice: Darvish's bullpen session marked his first time throwing off a mound since he landed on the 15-day injured list April 17 with neck tightness. Padres manager Mike Shildt indicated that Darvish wasn't throwing with full effort, saying the right-hander "was on the gas, but didn't have it to the floor." Darvish will likely require at least one or two more bullpen sessions before progressing to facing hitters and then perhaps heading out on a rehab assignment.     Bart went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer and two runs scored in Thursday's loss to the Brewers while also drawing a walk.

    Advice: Bart put the Pirates ahead with a three-run shot in the bottom of the first, giving the catcher his third home run in just seven games this season. He also drew a two-out walk in the fifth before coming around to score the tying run on a Jack Suwinski double, marking Bart's first game this season with two runs scored. On top of that, he was doing fielding drills this past weekend to get ramped up for live action. It's uncertain whom the Brewers will turn to for the next save opportunity, which tracks with manager Pat Murphy's comments from earlier in the season indicating that intended to "pass the Fireman's hat around" with the save chances once Devin Williams (back) got injured.
