• Connects for home run
Busch went 2-for-4 with a walk, a solo home run and two total RBI in Tuesday's 6-3, 10-inning win over the Brewers.

Advice: Busch connected for his eighth home run of the season in the third inning, but it was only his second of the month as he's slowed down some after a hot start. Across 23 games in May, the first baseman is batting just .206 after hitting .266 in March and April. Busch should hold onto a regular role, though the Cubs have some other lineup options if they decide to mix things up. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:42 pm

  • Michael Busch homers, drives in two in win
Michael Busch went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Brewers.

Advice: Busch got the scoring started for the Cubs in the third when he blasted a solo homer 434 feet to center field. The homer marked Busch’s eighth of the season and his first since May 7th. Busch has hit just two homers since his five-game home run streak ended on April 16th, and he’s hitting just .206/.316/.382 this month. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:00 pm

  • Pavin Smith doubles, drives in one in loss
Pavin Smith went 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Rangers.

Advice: Smith doubled off Nathan Eovaldi in the second inning to drive in Christian Walker and give the Diamondbacks an early 1-0 lead. Smith has now tallied four hits in his last 13 at-bats and is well off the fantasy radar at this time. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:26 pm

  • Joey Meneses has three hits in loss to Braves
Joey Meneses went 3-for-3 in a loss to the Braves on Tuesday.

Advice: All three of Meneses’ hits were singles, but the 32-year-old is now 10-for-32 (.313) over his last eight games with a home run and three RBI. However, he was also on the bench on Monday against a right-handed pitcher with Lane Thomas back off the injured list, so it’s possible Menses is entering into a weak-side platoon situation that would destroy his fantasy value. Keep an eye on the next few Nationals’ lineups just to make sure. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:06 pm
  • Suffers bruised leg
X-rays on Pasquantino's lower left leg came back negative after he collided with Byron Buxton during Tuesday's game against the Twins.

Advice: Pasquantino had to come out of the game after taking a knee to the shin in the third inning, but he appears to have escaped the incident with no more than a bruise. The Royals are officially listing the 26-year-old first baseman as day-to-day, though he may sit out a game or two as a precaution. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:19 pm
  • X-rays negative on Vinnie Pasquantino’s leg
X-rays came back negative on Vinnie Pasquantino’s left leg.

Advice: Pasquantino is officially day-to-day with a lower left leg contusion. It’s a massive relief for the Royals, and fantasy managers, as the 26-year-old first baseman appears to have avoided serious injury following a collision with Twins center fielder Byron Buxton during Tuesday’s contest in Minnesota. It’s possible he’ll get a couple days off to recover, but is unlikely to require an extended absence. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:17 pm
  • Day off Tuesday
Bohm isn't in the Phillies' lineup for Tuesday's game against San Francisco, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Bohm is batting .311 on the season, but he will get a day to regroup Tuesday after going 6-for-30 (.200) across his last seven contests. Kody Clemens will fill in at the hot corner and bat eighth. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:10 pm

  • J.D. Davis exits Tuesday after being hit by pitch
J.D. Davis left Tuesday’s game against the Rays after being hit by a pitch.

Advice: Davis was hit on the left hand by a pitch and remained in the contest initially before being lifted for a defensive replacement in the ensuing frame. He’ll presumably head for X-rays to determine whether he suffered any fractures. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:45 pm

  • Exits with apparent injury
Pasquantino was removed from Tuesday's game against the Twins due to an apparent leg injury, Bobby Nightengale of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Advice: Pasquantino came up limping after a collision with Byron Buxton, who was attempting to leg out an infield single during the third inning. The Royals will take a closer look at their first baseman in the clubhouse and should offer an update on his status relatively soon. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:40 pm
