    Advice: Hayes jumped on a hanging sweeper from Tyler Rogers in the top of the 10th and sent it into the stands for his first home run of the season, going back-to-back with Bryan Reynolds as the Pirates took care of the Giants in extra innings.     Advice: Ramirez didn't run much early in the campaign, but he's gotten back to it with all four of his steals this year coming over the last eight games. He's gone 9-for-32 (.281) in that span while adding nine RBI and four extra-base hits.     Davis (thigh/groin) joined Triple-A Las Vegas on Saturday to partake in baseball activities and is expected to serve as the designated hitter for the Aviators on Sunday, MLB.com reports.

    Advice: Davis has been sidelined since sustaining his injury April 14, but he'd been ramping up physical activity in recent days. Manager Mark Kotsay said Saturday the plan is for Davis to rejoin the Athletics on Monday, at which point it will be determined whether he'll need to play in more rehab games or if he's ready to be activated from the injured list.     Advice: Rosario's eighth-inning solo shot didn't have much of an impact on the final outcome, but it did end Ranger Suarez's scoreless streak at 32.2 innings. The blast also snapped a 15-game homerless stretch for Rosario, though he often came on as a pinch hitter and thus had just 25 at-bats during that stretch.     Sano said after Saturday's 16-5 loss to the Twins that he's day-to-day after an MRI revealed inflammation in his left knee, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

    Advice: Sano looks to have avoided a major setback with his surgically repaired left knee. He exited games Wednesday and Friday due to soreness, and Angels manager Ron Washington told Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register that the left knee had contributed to Sano's recent struggles at the plate. While Sano says he's day-to-day, it wouldn't be surprising if he remained out of the lineup for Sunday's series finale with Minnesota, and a stint on the injured list can't be completely ruled out. The 26-year-old enjoyed a personal highlight with a solo shot to left field in the fifth inning for his first major-league long ball.     Alec Bohm homered and drove in four runs in a victory Saturday over the Padres.

    Advice: Bohm got the party started with a two-run homer off a shaky Dylan Cease in the first inning. The 27-year-old added two more RBI with a single off Cease in the fifth to bring his RBI total 26 in 28 games. That number isn’t sustainable, but Bohm is going to get a lot of run-producing changes as long as he’s effective enough to justify hitting in the middle of this loaded Philadelphia lineup.
