    • Stays hot Sunday
Witt went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Rays.

Advice: Witt took reliever Shawn Armstrong deep in the sixth inning to open the scoring. The homer was Witt's fourth over his last five games, and he's gone 14-for-38 (.368) during his nine-game hitting streak. The shortstop continues to cruises with a stellar .307/.366/.561 slash line while adding nine homers, 36 RBI, a major-league-leading 48 runs scored, 16 stolen bases, 15 doubles and six triples over 54 contests this season. • Bobby Witt Jr. stays hot, homers in win
Bobby Witt Jr. went 2-for-5 with a home run on Sunday against the Rays.

Advice: Both of Witt’s hits in this one had at least a 110 MPH exit velocity as he continued to hit the ball with imposing authority. Few hitters in baseball are swinging it better than Witt who has four home runs and 13 RBI in his last seven games. He’s fully ascended into super-stardom and has an argument for the most valuable hitter in fantasy baseball. Rotoworld Sunday, 1:59 pm

    • Lifts homer in win
Witt went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 8-1 win over the Rays.

Advice: The long ball was his third during his current seven-game hitting streak. In that span, Witt is 11-for-29 (.379) with eight extra-base hits and 11 RBI. The shortstop is having another excellent year, slashing .305/.361/.557 with eight homers, 16 steals, 34 RBI and 47 runs scored over 52 contests. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:55 am

    • Bobby Witt Jr. socks solo homer in win over Rays
Bobby Witt Jr. socked his eighth home run of the season on Friday, helping to power the Royals to a lopsided victory over the Rays.

Advice: The 23-year-old superstar crushed his 433-foot (107.5 mph EV) solo shot off of Tyler Alexander in the seventh inning — increasing the Royals’ lead to 7-1. That would be his only hit in five at-bats on the night. He’s having another outstanding season across the board, slashing .305/.361/.557 with eight homers, 34 RBI and 16 stolen bases. • Bobby Witt Jr. plates two in victory over Tigers
Bobby Witt Jr. went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI on Wednesday, leading the Royals to an 8-3 victory over the Tigers.

Advice: Witt did his damage in the late stages of the contest, tacking on a pair of insurance runs with a two-run double in the seventh inning. The 23-year-old fantasy superstar is on fire at the moment, batting .370 (10-for-27) with two homers and one steal over his last seven games. Rotoworld Wednesday, 2:39 pm

    • Out indefinitely with broken shoulder
The Padres placed Bogaerts on the 10-day injured list Wednesday with a fractured left shoulder.

Advice: Bogaerts suffered the injury on an awkward dive Monday in Atlanta. According to Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune, the infielder doesn't appear to be dealing with any damage to his labrum and will avoid surgery, but he'll need significant down time for the shoulder to heal. Bogaerts intends to play again this season, perhaps by the latter part of the summer. With Bogaerts out indefinitely, Luis Arraez is likely to move off designated hitter and see more consistent playing time at second base. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 1:32 pm

    • Xander Bogaerts out two months with fractured shoulder
Padres placed INF Xander Bogaerts on the 10-day injured list with a fractured left shoulder.

Advice: Ouch. Bogaerts sustained the injury while diving for a ball during the first game of Monday’s doubleheader. He’s expected to miss at least two months while recovering from the injuy. Luis Arraez is covering second base on Wednesday and will probably see additional action there while Bogaerts is shelved. David Peralta was promoted from Triple-A El Paso to take his place on the Padres’ active roster on Wednesday. Rotoworld Wednesday, 1:18 pm

    • Fills stat sheet in win
Witt went 3-for-4 with two home runs, six RBI, one stolen base and three runs scored in Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Witt has six extra-base hits over his last five games, going 8-for-20 (.400) in that span. He hadn't hit a homer since May 8, but he made up for it with a three-run blast in the second inning and a solo shot in the sixth. Witt also had an RBI single and a sacrifice fly in the contest. The star shortstop is slashing .304/.362/.546 with seven homers, 31 RBI, 45 runs scored, 16 steals, 14 doubles and three triples over 50 contests, a prominent display of his versatile skill set. • Bobby Witt Jr. homers twice, drives in six vs. DET
Bobby Witt Jr. went 3-for-4 with two home runs and six RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Tigers.

Advice: Witt drove in Maikel Garcia in the bottom of the first to give the Royals a 1-0 lead after Garcia started things off with a leadoff triple. That was just the start for Witt, who would later blast a three-run homer 468 feet to center field to put the Royals up 5-0 and hit another homer in the sixth inning just for good measure. Witt has now hit safely in five straight games and has upped his RBI total to 31 on the season. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:09 pm
