Stearns said he wasn't sure exactly when Senga would be ready to begin a rehab assignment, but it sounds like it could be relatively soon.       Bryson Stott is not in the Phillies’ lineup on Thursday against the Mets.

      Advice: Stott has started 39 of the team’s 44 games so far this season, so this is just a routine day off.
