    • Quality start in loss
Webb (3-4) allowed three runs (two earned) on eight hits and two walks while striking out six over seven innings to take the loss versus the Reds on Friday.

Advice: Webb has walked multiple batters in three straight starts, but he was at least able to pitch deeper in this contest after failing to get past the fourth inning in either of his last two outings. It's still an uncharacteristic rough patch for the Giants' ace. He's sports a 3.38 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 42:14 K:BB through 53.1 innings across nine starts this season. Webb's projected for a tough home matchup with the Dodgers in his next outing. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:11 pm

    • Logan Webb works seven, allows two in loss to Reds
Logan Webb gave up three runs — two earned — while working seven innings in a loss Friday to the Reds.

Advice: Webb was much better than his middling start Sunday against the Phillies, but unfortunately it does result in another loss for the 27-year-old. The right-hander gave up eight hits with two walks, and he struck out six. A solid effort, and it lowers his ERA to 3.38 on the season. The Dodgers come next for Webb. • Homer, double in win
Campusano went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a double in Friday's 2-1 win over the Dodgers.

Advice: Campusano opened the scoring with a third-inning solo shot. He added a double in the 10th, and pinch runner Tyler Wade scored one Luis Arraez's walk-off single. Campusano has reached base safely in his last six games, going 7-for-19 (.368) with two walks and six RBI in that span. The catcher is up to three homers, 10 doubles, 23 RBI, 17 runs scored and a .283/.323/.442 slash line through 35 contests this season in a starting role behind the plate. • Lasts 4.1 innings vs. Pittsburgh
Assad didn't factor into the decision Friday against the Pirates, allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits and two walks over 4.1 innings. He struck out four.

Advice: After the Pirates scored twice in the first inning, Assad delivered 3.1 scoreless frames before he was ultimately pulled in the fifth inning. The 26-year-old Assad hasn't allowed more than one earned run in five straight starts -- he's 3-0 with a 1.70 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 35:14 K:BB across 42.1 innings this season. The Mexican-born right-hander is currently slated for a road matchup with Atlanta in his next outing. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:04 pm

    • Luis Campusano homers in victory over Dodgers
Luis Campusano hit a solo homer in a victory Friday over the Dodgers for the Padres.

Advice: Campusano got the only hit of the game for the Padres while Tyler Glasnow was in the game, and it was a solo homer to give San Diego a 1-0 lead. The 25-year-old catcher remains a solid — and quite frankly, underrated — catching option, as he’s hit three homers, driven in 23 runs and slashed .283/.323/.442. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:58 pm
    • Javier Assad lifted in fifth against Pirates
Javier Assad was lifted after allowing two runs — one earned — in 4 1/3 innings Friday against the Pirates.

Advice: Assad was pulled from a 2-2 game after giving up a single with one out in the fifth. He pitched rather well tonight in striking out four and giving up four hard-hit balls and four hits, but his pitch count was driven up by some long at-bats. While his ERA stands at 1.70, he’s completed six innings just twice. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:47 pm

    • Provides lone run in loss
Nootbaar went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Thursday's 7-1 loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Nootbaar has homered in each of the last two games, but he's batting just .184 (7-for-38) with five extra-base hits over his last 10 contests. The outfielder is up to three homers through 24 contests on the year, with the recent increase in power helping to make up for an overall lack of success at the plate. He's slashing .184/.290/.356 with nine RBI, eight runs scored, six doubles and two stolen bases through 101 plate appearances. Nootbaar continues to split time between left field and right field depending on where Brendan Donovan plays. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:55 am
    • Three hits in win
Yelich went 3-for-4 with a triple, an RBI and a run scored in Thursday's win over the Cardinals.

Advice: The outfielder singled in his first at-bat before coming home on a Rhys Hoskins home run as the Brewers took an early 3-0 lead. Yelich would then add an RBI triple in the fifth to extend Milwaukee's lead, and he finished the game with three hits for only the second time this season. He went hitless in his first game back from the injured list but he's hit safely in 11 of 12 games for the season. He's also driven in at least one run in four of his last six contests. • Christian Yelich posts three hits, RBI in blowout
Christian Yelich went 3-for-4 with an RBI on Thursday, lifting the Brewers to a 7-1 blowout victory over the division-rival Cardinals.

Advice: Yelich shook off Wednesday’s tough 0-for-5 performance in his return from the injured list against the Royals with a stellar three-hit performance in his return to American Family Field. The 32-year-old corner outfielder padded Milwaukee’s lead with a run-scoring triple in the fifth inning as part of a three-hit effort that raised his full-season batting average to a sublime .333 (16-for-48) mark through 13 games. If he can avoid the back issues that have plagued him the last few years, he’ll remain an impact contributor for fantasy managers. Rotoworld Thursday, 8:26 pm
