    • Goes deep in victory
Hernandez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Thursday in a 2-1 win over Washington.

Advice: Hernandez's second-inning solo shot put the Dodgers on the board and amounted for half of the team's total output of runs in the low-scoring win. The long ball was the slugger's sixth of the campaign and his first over his past 11 contests. Hernandez has trailed off a bit of late after a strong start to his Dodgers tenure, but he still ranks second on the team and is tied for 11th in the majors with 20 RBI. • Smashes long ball in loss
Kim went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run against Colorado in a loss Thursday.

Advice: Kim's third-inning blast gave San Diego a short-lived three-run lead. The long ball was his fourth of the season and just his second extra-base hit over his past eight contests. Kim has added 17 RBI, 17 runs, seven steals and a .238/.339/.436 slash line through 119 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:12 pm

    • Another strong start
Castill0 (2-4) picked up the win Thursday, allowing two runs on four hits and two walks over six innings against the Rangers. He struck out six.

Advice: Castillo had issues keeping the ball inside the park Thursday, allowing solo home runs to Nathaniel Lowe and Josh Smith in the first and fourth innings, respectively. He's now allowed a long ball in four of his six starts this season but has churned out three straight quality starts. During that stretch, Castillo owns a 1.89 ERA and a 24:3 K:BB across 19.0 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:31 pm
    • Freddie Freeman scalds RBI double in Dodgers’ win
Freddie Freeman went 2-for-3 with an RBI double on Thursday, lifting the Dodgers to a 2-1 victory over the Nationals.

Advice: Freeman has flown a bit under the radar with Mookie Betts and Shohei Ohtani justifiably stealing the early-season spotlight. However, his latest multi-hit performance puts his batting average back above the .300 mark for the first time this season. The 34-year-old fantasy stalwart has shown zero signs of slowing down at this stage of his career and remains an elite four-category contributor also capable of chipping in the occasional stolen base. • Ha-Seong Kim swats two-run homer vs. Rockies
Ha-Seong Kim hit a two-run homer Thursday against the Rockies while going 1-for-4.

Advice: Kim swatted a two-run homer in the third inning, and it’s the fourth homer of the season for the shortstop. The 28-year-old has shown some pop in the early portion of the season, and he’s also added seven stolen bases for good measure. The .240 average leaves a bit to be desired, for those looking for something to complain about. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:17 pm

    • Luis Castillo hurls six strong in victory over TEX
Luis Castillo struck out six while throwing six innings of two-run baseball to pick up a win over the Rangers on Thursday.

Advice: Castillo gave up four hits, and he walked two. There some traffic against the 31-year-old early, but he was able to keep runners at bay in another strong outing. Both runs came on solo blasts; one in the first by Nathaniel Lowe and another in the fourth by Josh Smith. After struggling in his first three starts, Castillo has allowed four earned runs total in his last three outings, and looks like the pitcher that fantasy managers were hoping to see. He’ll hope to keep it going against Atlanta next week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:59 pm
    • Homer, three hits in win
Henderson went 3-for-3 in Wednesday's win over the Angels with a home run, a double, three RBI and three runs scored. He also stole a base.

Advice: Henderson was hit by a pitch in the opening at-bat to start the game and wasted no time in getting his revenge, taking Tyler Anderson deep for a leadoff home run in his next trip to the plate to put the Orioles up 1-0. The star shortstop would then add a double and a two-run single in his next two-at bats while also being hit by a pitch for the second time in the contest. Henderson has now homered in back-to-back games and also extended his hitting streak to five games with Wednesday's performance. Even more impressive is the fact that he's tallied multiple hits in seven of his last 10 games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:29 am

    • Still out Thursday
Fraley (illness) is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: Though Jonathan India will rejoin the lineup as the Reds' designated hitter following a four-game absence due to an illness, Fraley will stick on the bench for a sixth consecutive contest while he's had a slower recovery from an ailment of his own. According to Mark Sheldon of MLB.com, manager David Bell relayed Wednesday that Fraley has been showing improvement, so the Reds are seemingly hopeful that the 28-year-old outfielder will return to action at some point during the weekend series versus the Rangers. • Fans seven in loss
Anderson (2-3) took the loss against the Orioles on Wednesday, allowing two runs on four hits and four walks over five frames. He struck out seven.

Advice: Anderson struggled with his command in the loss, hitting Gunnar Henderson with a pitch to open the game before going on to issue a season-high four walks over his five innings of work. However, he also managed to post a season-high seven strikeouts while inducing 14 swings and misses on the afternoon. Despite taking his third loss of the season, Anderson has actually been a solid arm for the Angels early in the campaign and is yet to allow more than three runs in a start. He's also gone at least seven innings in three of his five outings and still carries a shiny 1.78 ERA heading into his next start. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:33 am
