    • Plays full rehab game again
Gelof (oblique) played a full game at second base in Triple-A Las Vegas' win over Round Rock on Sunday, going 0-for-3 with an RBI sacrifice fly and a walk.

Advice: Gelof's ability to play a full game for the second straight day is certainly an encouraging sign for his progress from his oblique injury. The young infielder could be on the verge of activation, although the Athletics will undoubtedly evaluate him carefully Monday to see how he's responded to the back-to-back full workloads over the weekend. • Two hits, swipes bag Sunday
Julien went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Julien led the game off with a single and added another base knock in the top of the eighth, stealing second base and scoring on an RBI double by Max Kepler in the frame. The stolen base was his fifth of the season and third over the last four games. Julien is now batting .224 with seven home runs, 15 RBI, 21 runs scored and five stolen bases over 125 at-bats in 40 games this year. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:23 pm

    • Jung Hoo Lee suffers dislocated shoulder on Sunday
The Giants announced that Jung Hoo Lee suffered a dislocated shoulder after crashing into the outfield wall during Sunday’s game against the Reds.

Advice: Giants’ skipper Bob Melvin called it a separated shoulder during his update, but the Giants corrected it to dislocated. He’ll undergo an MRI exam on Monday to determine the severity of the issue, but it sounds like he’s going to miss substantial time and could even be shelved for the remainder of the 2024 season. It’s a brutal blow to a Giants’ outfield that has lost Michael Conforto (hamstring) and Jorge Soler (shoulder) already in recent days. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:55 pm

    • Suffers dislocated shoulder
Lee (shoulder) suffered a dislocated left shoulder Sunday and will undergo an MRI on Monday according to manager Bob Melvin, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Advice: Lee exited Sunday's 6-5 extra-inning win over the Reds in the first inning with a dislocated left shoulder, and he could be set for an extended absence. More information will be provided following Monday's MRI, but a trip to the injured list is certainly on the table for the 25-year-old. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:48 pm

    • Jung Hoo Lee leaves game with shoulder strain
Jung Hoo Lee was removed from Sunday’s game against the Reds with a left shoulder strain after colliding with the center field wall.

Advice: Lee had just returned to the Giants’ lineup on Sunday after missing the previous three games due to a sore foot. He’ll head for further evaluation to determine the severity of the injury and how much time he may miss. The Giants are already down Michael Conforto (hamstring) and Jorge Soler (shoulder) in their outfield, so an extended absence for Lee would be a major blow to an already depleted offense. • Turns in 30-pitch bullpen session
Rodriguez (shoulder) tossed a 30-pitch bullpen session Sunday, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Rodriguez said that he felt good following the workout, but he acknowledged that he didn't know whether he would be cleared to face hitters the next time he throws, or if he would continue the ramp-up process with another bullpen session. After being placed on the 15-day injured list May 1 with shoulder inflammation, Rodriguez is eligible for activation Wednesday, but he looks like he'll need at least a little time beyond that before he's ready to rejoin the Baltimore rotation. • Suffers left shoulder strain
Lee exited Sunday's contest against the Reds in the first inning with a left shoulder strain, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Advice: Lee was forced to leave Sunday's series finale with Cincinnati after he ran into the outfield wall after suffering what is now understood to be a left shoulder strain. The 25-year-old now appears set for an extended absence after making his return from a foot injury Sunday. If Lee ultimately ends up on the injured list, Tyler Fitzgerald would stand to see an increase in workload in San Francisco's outfield. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:35 pm

    • Exits game with left arm injury
Lee left in the first inning of Sunday's game against the Reds with a left arm injury, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Lee crashed into the outfield fence attempting to make a catch in the top of the first inning. He fell to the ground and immediately grabbed his left shoulder, and the athletic trainer was holding Lee's left arm as they walked off the field. Lee is coming off a three-game absence due to a sore foot, and it appears the 25-year-old is set to miss even more time with what appears to be a more significant injury. Tyler Fitzgerald has taken over in center field for the rest of Sunday's game. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:39 pm

    • Giants place Michael Conforto (hamstring) on IL
Giants placed OF Michael Conforto on the 10-day injured list with a right hamstring strain.

Advice: The 31-year-old slugger sustained the injury as he was rounding first base during Saturday’s game against the Reds. No word yet on how long exactly he’ll be sidelined for. Luis Matos was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move to provide depth in the Giants’ outfield while Conforto is shelved. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:34 pm
