    • MLB updates ruling Friday
MLB changed the official scoring on a play during Friday's game, which left Houck charged with three earned runs over six-plus innings, not four, Peter Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Advice: A fielder's choice in the seventh inning was updated to a throwing error by catcher Reese McGuire. The ruling drops Houck's season ERA to 1.99 and gives him a sixth quality start. Rotowire.com Today, 6:21 am
    • Could return Tuesday
Friedl (wrist) and team decision-makers were scheduled for a call Sunday evening to discuss the outfielder's potential return, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Friedl, who made a fourth consecutive appearance Sunday on a rehab assignment at Triple-A Louisville, could be activated as soon as Tuesday, when the Reds open a three-game series at home against the Diamondbacks. "There is a chance," manager David Bell said. "I think we are all going to be involved in that decision." Friedl fractured his right wrist while diving for a ball March 16 and opened the season on the injured list. He's 4-for-16 with three doubles while on rehab with the Bats. • Feels good after throwing
Sewald (oblique) said Sunday that he responded well to Saturday's inning of work in an extended spring training game, Alex Weiner of Arizona Sports reports. "I haven't felt anything in 10 days now," Sewald said.

Advice: Following the encouraging news, Sewald plans to travel with the team to Cincinnati, where he could be activated for Tuesday's series opener against the Reds. He opened the season on the injured list and paused rehab is rehab after an appearance April 23. He downplayed the pause and was reticent to call it a setback; instead, Sewald chalked it up to panic and wanted a re-imaging to ease his mind. The reliever had never been on the injured list during his MLB career and didn't know what to expect. Rotowire.com Today, 4:58 am

    • Served first loss
Peralta (3-1) allowed three runs on three hits and six walks over five innings Sunday, striking out five and taking a loss against the Cubs.

Advice: Despite the command issues all afternoon, Peralta kept the Cubs off the board until coughing up three runs in the fifth inning. He took his first loss of the year and has now failed to complete six frames in three straight outings. During that stretch, he's posted a 6.00 ERA with a 17:11 K:BB. Peralta forced 13 whiffs Sunday but threw just 51 of 97 pitches for strikes. His season ERA climbed to 3.49 through 38.2 frames. As of now, it's unclear when Peralta will make his next start, as the decision on his pending suspension still needs to be determined. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:19 pm

    • Goes yard again
Tucker went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run during Sunday's 5-4 loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Tucker swatted his fourth home run in his last eight games, tagging Bryce Miller for a two-run homer in the sixth frame. The left-handed-hitter is tied with Tyler O'Neill for the fifth-most home runs in baseball. During his last eight outings, Tucker has amassed six RBI and eight runs scored while going 7-for-28 (.250) at the plate. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:21 pm

    • Launches grand slam
Guerrero went 2-for-4 with a walk and a grand slam during Sunday's 11-8 loss to the Nationals.

Advice: Guerrero's grand slam in the second inning off MacKenzie Gore was his fourth of the season and first in 22 games. It was also the first time he homered this season with men on base as he had collected just 11 RBI and hit just .231 coming into the contest. Despite the power outage, Guerrero is currently in the midst of an eight-game hitting streak, batting 11-for-32 (.344) with three doubles, a homer, five RBI and three runs scored during that stretch. • Ozuna has two hits, HR in loss to Dodgers
Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Dodgers on Sunday.

Advice: Ozuna’s home run was a 373-foot shot at 104.3 mph off the bat. It was the Braves’ only extra-base hit of the night. Ozuna now has 10 home runs and 33 RBI on the season while slashing .306/.382/.603 and has been the team’s best hitter this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:24 pm
    • Issues six walks
Severino didn't factor into the decision Sunday, allowing four runs on four hits with six walks across five innings against the Rays. He struck out six.

Advice: Despite yielding just four hits, Severino gave up a season-high four earned runs Sunday. His struggles stemmed from a lack of command, as he doled out out a career-high six walks, with two of those batters coming around to score. Still, Severino's ERA sits at 2.93 through 40 innings. He's lined up for a start Saturday against Atlanta, which is a tough matchup for a bounce-back. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:53 pm

Advice: Guerrero also walked. The homer off MacKenzie Gore was his first since April 10. He’s now hit in eight straight games, raising his OPS from .643 to .711. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:59 pm
